All and all a pleasurable experience. I had a tub leak issue and decided to hire out to replace the plumbing and install a shower and surround. Frank came out the day after To give a FREE ESTIMATE. He was polite, straightforward and really fair with his pricing. They were flexible with their time when we learned the tub I ordered was cracked, which caused them to have to come back the following week to finish. Cleaned up after themselves and really made this experience smooth and efficient. Thank you Frank, thank you Bedell.

Frank was professional, accurate and did the work quickly. He gave the repair options, an approximate cost, and then proceeded with the work. He fixed the issues and took easy card payment. Great experience as far as broken toilets goes! I'll definitely call Bedell Plumbing again!

I had a heating emergency. Bedell's assigned a technician who called to do some preliminary diagnosis, then showed up and fixed the problem. He arrived when he said he would, explained what he was doing, answered all my questions, and still managed to complete the repairs quickly. Bonus - the bill was far less than I feared! I've been quite impressed with Bedell in the past (both heating and plumbing), and this latest incident just reinforced their good reputation.

Bedell is my go-to for plumbing issues at our home. They have always been able to make it out to our house quickly in cases of emergency and offer some tips over the phone. Most recently, Rachel has been to our home for a few issues and she has been amazing in getting things fixed quickly and explaining in terms I can understand what the issues were.
