Had gotten a quote from roto rooter to replace an external hose bib at $1600. Got a second opinion from, and ended up using Bedell and paying less than 1/4 the price. They were quick to get someone scheduled, I believe it was a less than 24 hour turn around time. The woman who showed up was very friendly, professional and did outstanding work. In 2017, I had a water leak in my basement that required replacement of a sump pump and Bedell became my plumbers. Recently, I had another leak due to my ejection pit system failing. Tim Boylen from Bedell came to the house. What impressed me was the time he spent actually making a diagnosis. The easy thing to do was walk in and say that I needed a new ejector pit pump. The right thing to do is exactly what he did–make a simpler and more cost effective diagnosis that toilet paper was jamming the system. He also walked me through why he thought this. I was so impressed that I've already passed his name along to family memebers. If I need any plumbing done in my home again, Bedell will be who I call.

We have used Bedell twice now, and haven't been disappointed. Both times, they fit us in within a few hours of our call, and provided great service for reasonable cost. Although they do quality work, another company we frequently use cannot always fit us in (i.e. the day we most recently needed service was Thursday; they couldn't help until Monday), and they certainly aren't cheap. I cannot speak highly enough of the two individuals I had the pleasure of interacting with on the phone and the plumber who came out to fix my clogged drain that another very well known, respected big name company did not have the tools to diagnose and repair and wanted to charge $10,000s to tear up my floor/concrete/drains to “fix”. This company is HONEST, DEPENDABLE, HARDWORKING, and most of all EXPERTS in their field! They will tell you like it is and won’t try to sell you or take your money! I was so impressed — you have a customer for life!
