Bedell plumbing | Heating & Cooling Services

Water heater went out on one the coldest days of the year and need it replaced quickly. Called Bedell Plumbing and they got it replaced the same day which was excellent since other places I called were telling me it would be a couple days till they could get to it. Bedell's pricing was the lowest by far also. I highly recommend Bedell plumbing based on my experience with them.

We had a leaking water heater in our basement replaced by a service man from Bedell Plumbing. The man was courteous and, since the old one had been leaking, he put a large bag over the bottom of it while he was removing it form the house, to keep it from leaking on our floors. The job was completed in an hour or so and he left no mess. Job well done.

If you value your time, skip Bedell. On two occasions I was given a window of time in which the plumber was supposed to arrive (10 am-noon) and he didn’t show. I called and the scheduler (Brian) promised to send the plumber out right away but he never arrived. I made several phone calls throughout the day. I asked to be rescheduled the next day and they were unable to do that either. There were no weather issues or other reasons for such poor scheduling. Call someone else and save yourself the frustration and hassle.

We got a quote from Bedell and decided to go with them...when the plumber arrived he kept complaining about how we pulled him away from his daughter and he had to take her home to her mother early because of us...and then charged us TRIPLE!! We later called the office to have them explain the bill..and they could not explain why since there were no other problems. WILL NEVER CALL THEM AGAIN!

Came today to fix a plumbing problem. The plumber was very good, easy to communicate with and fixed a problem another plumbing co estimated a lot higher. They told me a price over the phone and that was the price!!

These Plumbers are awesome and deserve credit! Most of the time peolple only do reviews to complain. I want everyone to know my positive experience with this company.They gave us reasonable expectations over the phone, arrived on time and fixed our plumbing issue. What else can you ask for?!!!

After 8 service techs came to our home from mainstreet renewal.None of them could fine the issue, why the heat pump was cycling on/off every minute.Fianally Bedell services was dispatched.I received a call from patty she ask me what the issue was it told her she said the issue would be solved an updated me on parts to be ordered . The service tech was Tyler the first tech really dig into the issue found it the 1st time!!!!!.(7 other techs had no clue)I requested Tyler to come back again after the parts came in because he kept me informed an answer all my questions, upon installing the blower motor he ran test after test an didn't not leave until the unit worked correctly. Thanks to Bedell Tyler &Patty we have HEAT1😀😀😀😀😀👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

Called them from a friends referral. They were prompt and professional. Found the problem and got the AC repaired in just a couple days. We will be using them in the future.

Bill from Bedell installed a Rheem Marathon electric water heater for us on February 5th. He was quick, neat and efficient. We couldn't be more pleased. This was our first time using Bedell and we were very impressed.

Live in a house that was built in the 1950's (Noblesville). We had clay sewer drain with a pee-trap right in front of city main. Suffice to say the pee-trap collapsed and blocked us up.

Noticed the stench from my cleanout over-flowing sewer water under my deck. The ONLY firm that answered my phone calls on the weekend was Bedell. They were out 15 minutes early the next morning @ 7:45am. Diagnosed the blockage. They could not get out to scope my line that day so I had another firm come out to run a camera down my line. However, they were able to run the auger and determine there was a serious blockage.
I hit five (5) firms for help and only Bedell answered initially. Like so many do-it-yourselfers I was convinced I could save my family thousands of dollars and fix it myself. I receive a follow up call from the intial representative that took my Sunday call for help. He comes out to my home to look at what I have accomplished. With a shovel I was able to expose my blocked pipes as well as a total sloppy job on my clean out plug by the previous home owner. Jay from Bedell was able to bottom line it all for me. Despite the weather and his schedule they were able to get out and fix the issue in days. I'm not happy about the amount of money I had to pay but who ever is!? I know why plumbers/excavators get paid so much. Digging holes is awful and I was reminded why I went to college to type and shove papers around. Those folks work their behinds off. My hands and shoulders were destroyed not to mention cut all up. My wife's kitchen remodel money gone and now into our new sewer line/access we are good to go. My family felt like we were treated fairly. Bedell didn't take a dime until the job was done. I offered to pay some upfront but I was told no. If you are looking for someone to answer their phone and then cold call you for follow up to make sure you are taken care of.....call these guys.
