Bedell is a great company with which to work. The staff was courteous and conscious of all the required work take care of the issue. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. They have earned a committed customer.

I used Bedell to remove a blockage in my sewer main and install a two-way clean out to reduce the risk of future blockages. The excavators (Myles and Justin) were professional and courteous. They provided me step by step explanations of everything they were doing and what I needed to do to ensure the long term success of their work. I would use Bedell again.

The technician installed kitchen sink & connected a dishwasher for us. He is very friendly, professional and a hard working person. I highly recommend him to family & friends.

Please be warned. This a a corrupt company. It probably used to be good but with new ownership it went bad. They won't tell you anything on phone, will come in and quote ridiculous prices making things up. Irrespective you will end up paying them. They don't have experienced plumbers

I was having issues with my water heater, so I thought, until Frank England, from Bedell Plumbing, educated me on why it wasn’t the water heater. He made time to explain and educate instead of taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. He is very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

We hired Bedell to install a ductless mini-split heating/cooling unit. The installation went smoothly, at a fair price. Within a month and a half, the unit's indoor head unit's coils started to freeze over and it no longer cooled the room. Bedell's team came out and tested the refrigerant pressure, which was very low, and recharged the refrigeration. No further diagnostic or leak testing done on this visit, despite a loss of refrigerant. Within a few weeks, we experienced the same problem (very little cooling and frozen over coils in the head unit). During their second trip out, they identified a leaky refrigerant-line flange attached to the head unit. They tightened the flange and recharged the unit. Three days later, same problem, except the entire head coil was frozen over after a running the system in cooling mode for an hour. It seemed like they made the problem worse. I scheduled another repair visit, which they blew off completely, without notifying me. I scheduled a second visit, which they blew off completely. When I called the lead HVAC technician, he told me that the owner had cut me off from service...that the installation had become "a thorn in their side." And that's the last I heard from them.

I hired another company to inspect and repair the system. They immediately identified that the flange had been installed incorrectly and was leaking wildly. The tech's leak detector sounded like a Geiger counter at ground zero in Chernobyl upon entering the room! Before he even approached the system. They diagnosed and properly fixed the flange. I'm out an additional $1000, but at least now I have a system that works, and an HVAC company I can trust.

Rachel was on time and brought out salt for our water softener. She also checked the water softener and explained in detail how it worked in the kitchen sink faucets which I asked her about. She was very friendly, personable, and professional.

Had sump pump go out at my rental property and gave bedell a call and they were super fast to schedule and profesional. Even contacted my tenant to plan around his schedule. Great company for your plumbing needs
