Though your service technician (Jerome?) tried his best, he was unable to fix the clogged drain. My rating was based on the lack of the problem being resolved, not necessarily his performance.

Technician Brad is the man! He came out to my house and was very thorough and diagnosed our water pressure problem and offered solutions at a reasonable price. He went into our backyard with our 3 pit bulls(friendly but intimidating) and crawled under our house in freezing weather and snow. Very impressive service. Definitely recommend

Where do I start? We're renting a house and our h2o heater went out. 2 days later this company was eventually referred to us by the landlord's warranty company. Tech shows up and handles payment first. We owe $65 for the deductible. The tech writes us a receipt and says, "I better give the receipt to you, I saw your landlord's name. (She's Asian) He was insinuating she couldn't be trusted. I went off on him. Eventually I calmed down and he got to work.

Now, 3 days have passed since his first visit and we still don't have a fixed h2o heater. It's one excuse after the other, and the supervisor even argued with me about the racist comment stating the owner was a different race and therefore their company could not be racist. I'm not kidding. (ftr I'm white)

It's Saturday and we've now gone 5 days without hot water, and it will likely be a few more before it happens. This is by far the worst customer service experience our family has ever had, and trust me when I say we RARELY complain. This is unbelievable.

NEVER use this company.

This group uses efficient and effective communication practices to help the home owner receive feedback, news, and updates. They go the extra mile to make sure all is in place before leaving a job. I find them to be trustworthy and kind. If you are in need of any service they provide, my family recommends them fully! 😀😀😀

Jerome did a great job for us installing a kitchen faucet for us in a tight space. Even caulked the grout behind the faucet before installing. Excellent job!

Had water in the basement after running the washer. Bedell sent Freddie and Mitch out the next day who showed up on time, and quickly assessed and corrected the problem for a very affordable price. I would definitely recommend Bedell

Called on a Sunday night, and while I understand that weekend pricing is typically more expensive, I didn't even attempt to book an appointment with this company, because the man that answered the phone was extremely rude and not helpful. Continued to ask questions in a condescending tone and stated "well let me ask you this.... Is it worth an extra $105 to come tonight vs tomorrow morning?" When I asked about pricing. Apparently this man doesn't know the price of peace of mind for a first time home owner.

Great service, professional, and were fairly quick installing new HVAC system. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Fair and quick estimate and fixing of my kitchen sink drain pipe problem. Reasonable prices. Easy to get an appointment. Would call them again for future plumbing issues!
