Central Indiana can be a wasteland of good contractors. This is why, when you find a good one, it really stands out. I've used Bedell Plumbing for years, and they've always stood out. They show up on time and do good work. They don't try to nickel and dime you for every little last thing. Recently, due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to cancel an appointment at the last minute. However, they reschedule me for the next day and even gave a 10% discount. Great customer service!

Jay came and went for several days over a couple of weeks and was friendly and worked well with the on site contractor. He was often supposed to have help as it was a very large job but he was always solo. He's amazing but I wish he would have had help (mostly for his sake) and been able to do the job on consecutive days. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Jay for any plumbing needs.

Scheduled plumbing service call for 2-4 PM next day. Unclogging toilet. They never showed up. When I called they said they had no record of the appointment being scheduled but would try to get someone there the next day. My time is too valuable than to waste waiting on them again.
