This is our first year with Williams Comfort Air and we have been extremely happy with the work from their technicians. Our neighbor has a cotton wood tree 20ft from our ac unit and the entire system becomes coated in cotton spores. Conner took his time to completely clean our ac unit and restore it back to looking good as new. He even showed me tips for maintaining my HVAC system in between visits to prevent issues. Great people and great service!

Jim worked to get us a great deal on a replacement AC. We thought we had some life left in our old one, but it died after we accepted the offer and we were scheduled for a week out. THEN.... Jim called again and due to a supply chain issue, we were able to upgrade to a higher efficiency unit and a next day installation! How blessed can you get?!?!

Paul and Blake did an amazing job on the installation and getting our new system up and running. They were personable, courteous, funny, and very professional in their delivery of the service.

Nobody likes to spend a couple thousand dollars unexpectedly on an AC, but the Williams Comfort Air team made it as smooth and painless as possible!

David was great! Very professional and informative. He came earlier than my scheduled appointment which was great. ( My appointment was between 10-12 he came around 8:00 a m (He did call to prior to his arrival ) He showed me there was crack in the PVC pipe that carries the condensation from the AC. The crack explained why I had nice leak in the garage when I turned on my AC. David had the cracked section removed, showed me how big the crack was and had it replaced in minutes. I ran my AC no more leaks. Dave is a great rep for Williams Comfort Air. He explained everything to me and afterwards we had a great conversation. Now I can turn on the AC and not worry about leaks. Thank you David! 😊

Honestly the techs who came out were courteous and Joy at the call center was great. Other than that, I am regretting everything. Earlier this year my hot water heater needed replaced and was under warranty. I still spent $1300 for labor and had previously bought the service contract. New water heater. No hot water. Someone came out. Didn’t get fixed. We canceled plans for my mother to come in town and I didn’t have hot water for a week. I had to make alternate care arrangements for my kids with family because I didn’t want them to go without. I spent a ton of money for a less than experience. Williams Comfort Air was not good on their word. I called to speak to a supervisor per the technicians recommendation and was repeatedly offered a discount on a new water softener that would cost me thousands of dollars. I am already not confident in the product or service- why would I invest more? I was never offered a refund or concession due to the strain it caused to wait due to a technicians error.

Our air-conditioning went out and of course it would happen when it is super hot. We called and got an appointment right away. The parts cost just to fix it would be roughly the amount of a new air-conditioning. So thankfully they were honest with us and didn't push us in either direction of new unit or just the parts. We got to decide. Professional, friendly and fast!

I am so happy with my duct cleaning from Williams Comfort Air! The entire process was easy for me as a homeowner. They gave me a two hour time window and called 30 minutes in advance of arriving. Their two technicians were respectful of my home and my family. I appreciated the technicians explaining exactly what they would be doing before getting started. They were both knowledgeable and efficient. All in all, it is a 3-4 hour process and can be loud, but my husband and I were able to continue working from home without much disruption. My infant daughter was not too bothered by the sound either as the machine was in the basement. I am so excited I decided to get this done before summer. I can already tell the air quality in my home is cleaner. Thank you Williams Comfort Air!

I have used this company for service on rental property issues for the last few years. I have spent over $25,0000 with them.

The last issue will be the last service call to them. I would look somewhere else for a company that will earn continued business and be a trusted source of HVAC and Plumbing needs.

The photo below is how the tech left my tenant's property, and I paid them $340. After a week of not returning phone calls, I received a message that it was like that when they arrived.

We had a service done on our AC by a Williams Comfort Air technician on Tuesday June 20th. He stated that he completed full diagnostic work and reported that the problem was the compressor in the outside unit. He proceeded by replacing the compressor, evacuating the refrigerant line, and replacing our refrigerant. He then attempted to run the outside unit; however, there was still an unresolved issue. Therefore, he investigated the indoor unit and discovered that there was a clog in the refrigerant coils and reported that this was the root of the problem and would be an additional $2,800 (totaling $7000+) to repair.

It was at this point that the technician strongly recommended that we get a sales person out to quote a new AC system prior to continuing with this additional repair. Per his supervisor, we were informed that the full payment for the service, approximately $5,100, was needed prior to concluding his visit - despite the repair being unsuccessful and our home having no AC.

We then scheduled an appointment with sales to come and quote a new system. A sales representative came to our home the next day, June 21st. When he was informed that the technician had not stopped service after his initial diagnosis of replacing the compressor and did not strongly recommend that we contact sales prior to continuing with the repair, the sales rep was taken aback. Based on representative's experience and knowledge, he informed us that the compressor should not have been replaced without hearing options from sales on a new system. If we would have had information from sales at that point, we would have been able to make a more educated financial decision and would not have proceeded with replacing the compressor.

When discussing options moving forward with the sales representative, he offered a discount of $2,600 (approximately 50% of what we have already invested on the current unusable unit due to incomplete and inaccurate diagnostic work) if we chose to purchase a new AC system with Williams Comfort Air. The sales representative was unable to discuss any form of reimbursement or refund for the unsuccessful repair and provided a number to call for more information. When we called this number, and explained the situation, we were told that they would send an email and we would hear back in 24 to 48 hours.

Throughout this process, we put our trust in the expertise of Williams Comfort Air employees and at this point we have invested $5,100 for an unsuccessful repair and still do not have an agreeable solution.
