I have used Williams Comfort Air for all my HVAC needs. Every technician has always provided quality, reliable service, and they are always willing to explain to the detail what is needed. Everyone of their staff, and technicians are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! I highly recommend this company!

Conner Ling came out to service our furnace. He called first, was at our door promptly, was polite, efficient and answered all our quesitons. He suggested the maintenance plan but was not pushy at all when we said we wanted to think about it. He showed us pictures of the "innards" of all our equipment and sent us an email summary with all he did. We could not have been more pleased.

Josh was very professional and did a great job. It's always nice when a repair falls under warranty.

I have used this company for service on rental property issues for the last few years. I have spent over $25,0000 with them.

The last issue will be the last service call to them. I will look elsewhere for a company that will earn continued business and is a trusted source of HVAC and Plumbing needs.

The photo below is how the tech left my tenant's property, and I paid them $340. After a week of not returning phone calls, I received a message that it was like that when they arrived.

Byron Aceituno was the rep from the Williams Comfort team. Did an outstanding job. Found some issues during the tune up and got them corrected. Warm, friendly and did a great job communicating what the issues were and what he was doing to fix.

I want to give big props to Williams Comfort Air.

Furnace died Saturday, Sunday a rep came to confirm the furnace was dead, Monday a sales guy came, and he was honest, he say to work with, and diligent enough to get an install for a new furnace today, Tuesday. We used air tron for maintenance for years and years, but if they can’t deliver during an emergency, we can’t keep using them. I strongly recommend Williams as I gratefully sit in my normal climate again free from dependence on space heaters 😁.

The tech told me that the Unit shorted out and blew a fuse because two wires were uncapped and hit each other and blew the fuse. I would think that the service fee would have covered repair of putting 2 wire caps on and a new fuse. The tech said they couldn’t fix it with out a furnace tuneup so the total bill ended up being over$400. This was an old unit and I plan to replace it in the next year but I’m not in a place to do it now so I just needed to get it running for my tenant. I would have expected the repair to cost me the service fee and the price of a couple wire nuts and a fuse. I definitely will be working with a different company when I replace the unit.

I was charged to fix water leakage issue from my AC humidifier that was installed 8 months back. I only used the humidifier for less than 3 months. I was told water pressure was too high and was my fault for not paying attention and should have replaced the filter as well, even though the entire AC/heater unit along with humidifier was installed by them.

I had the "pleasure" of speaking with one of their techs named Kody. He parked in no parking in front of my house with his tire in my lawn (it was raining the entire day). I asked him not to park there and it was no parking. It became an ordeal and he asked "what are you the mayor" lol. Wouldn't recommend to anyone based on this dumb and immature exchange.
