Williams Comfort Air - Heating Cooling Plumbing

Williams Comfort air has worked with us for many years on several projects. We have been highly satisfied with their work and cost.

I had my systems installed in June and everything was great. I think there may have been some rushing being done upon installation, but at the time it was hot and the main focus was to get air in the house for my kiddos.

Winter hits. We’re okay for a bit. Until it’s -8 and my drain line is frozen in the attic. Williams Comfort sent out Jordan who was incredible and very patient with my home. Now my drain line has been rerouted and my home has heat. Thank you!!

Bobby diagnosed my HVAC system, informed me of what he identified and his recommendations for prevention and improvements. Bobby was quick and professional, really informative, and knowledgeable about his job.

At this time we have met with a tech from Williams Comfort. He was prompt , very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He(Joey) completed a thorough survey of our heating system and the areas of concern. I look forward to working with Williams.

When we bought our furnace they were not upfront with all costs and that we are required to pay 225.00 every year in order to keep our warranty valid for the next 10 years. Also when they come to service the A/C in 90 plus temperature they forgot to turn it back on. When I called to let them know my house was 100 they wanted me to wait 2 days.

Overall everything went great. On time and gave plenty of a notice on when they were arriving. Told me everything in terms I understood. Would definitely recommend next time.

I was thankful that I had an annual contract and could call in them for help. They were able to get to me quicker than expected and were quick to find the problem. My service repair man was kind and understanding of our needs.
