Williams Comfort Air - Heating Cooling Plumbing

We worked with Mike F. for an estimate on replacing our 19 yr old A/C and furnace. We had 3 estimates in total. Williams came in with an estimate that was in line with our first estimate, but a bit higher than our third (but the cheaper one only came with 1 yr labor warranty). Mike demonstrated that he wanted our business by negotiating a deal that included some maintenance visits for the future and we ended up getting a deal that we are super happy with…never been happier about spending that much money. The install happened one day later and was complete in about 6hrs. Very happy with our decision to go with Williams Comfort Air.

The team of guys that came to my house were professional, super knowledgeable, friendly and fast! They started my install Monday morning and we're completely done early Tuesday afternoon. They walked me through the install and took the time to show me how to use the fancy new thermostat. I wouldn't recommend any other company for your heating and cooling needs!

Good quality and value. They also explained a lot during the sales phase and that was really nice. It was also nice knowing the sales person trusted his home with the brand they install. Reasons for 4 star instead of 5 are: be careful moving the furnace down stairs! I was listening to it slam into each step thinking gosh I hope it still works. Also, during the sales phase they told me the unit would be raised high off the ground to get better circulation, that did not happen. If you're promising it, please do it.

They were very quick (less than a week between first reaching out, getting quote, and having install of whole new HVAC system), very helpful in going through all the options available, and cleaned up so well before they left it would be hard to tell anyone had been working on the house just an hour prior!

My technician was Austin, and he is just wonderful. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed my AC issue, and walked me through what will be needed to fix the root cause. We've signed up for the membership plan after getting to work with Austin.

Jonathan and Zane arrived neatly attired and in jovial, upbeat attitudes! Things only got better from there! Each young man remained courteous and professional throughout the visit. After adeptly determining the issue—which wound up being a sump pump vs. drainage scenario, Jonathan asked about an additional plumbing task I had alluded to; saying he and Zane were willing to take a quick look at it! ‘Just the epic, ongoing attentiveness and alert manner in which these gentlemen handled the entire interaction was notable to put it mildly.

Hats off to Williams’ and to the two stellar technicians who answered and serviced my drain-problem-initiated call for help! I would absolutely, without hesitation, recommend them, and, likewise, call on Mr. Plumber Indy (Williams Heating & Cooling) again!

They came to perform an annual AC service. The tech found an issue better addressed through the home warranty. Saved the annual cost for the second unit. Appreciated the insight and recommendation.

Our air conditioner went out on a hot Saturday evening; by Sunday 12 noon we had Chris in our living room discussing our options for replacing our 16 year old heat pump. By Monday early afternoon, as promised, John and Mario showed up with smiling faces and our shiny new equipment. By 3 pm the heat pump was installed and already filling our home with blessed cool air. Yes, we are spoiled and love a cool home in the humid summer heat and thank goodness for Williams Comfort Air who spoiled us with attentiveness, knowledge, kindness and cool air at lightning speed.

Alfonso was diligent and pleasant and so was Josh. Josh kept me updated and when Alfonso was finished with the install, he was very clear and helpful in explaining the new unit to me, and was kind and patient navigating around my kids. Then he went above and beyond answering my questions and even led me back to the work space for extra explanation.

Josh from Williams Comfort Air was at my house to perform semi-annual HVAC inspection/maintenance. He was on time which I always appreciate. He was courteous, professional, and explained what he was doing using terminology that I can understand.
