They were very professional and prompt so no complaints there, after the work was done I did not understand why my lights were each coming on about 30 minutes apart. I texted them photos they replied right away but my issue was the guy who installed them called me and was so annoyed and put out trying to explain it’s my fault because it was the lights I picked. He tried to explain to me the lights I picked have motion and dusk to dawn sensor I tried to explain to him I understood since I literally bought them.
When he told me originally he was going to override my electricity’s sensor I probably should of asked does that mean my lights won’t come on at the same time but I didn’t know I needed to. I called to just ask if they could be wired back into the existing sensor.
I did reach out to let them know my experience was not great and the tech was not very friendly and they said someone would reach out to talk to me and no one ever did. If someone had reached out I would of not written a review, but that to me is just dropping the ball.

Highly recommend this company. I needed a pool pump wire replaced that had overheated so I messaged them late evening and they responded immediately and scheduled someone to call me the next day. I was in a time crunch and they delivered.
The admin called early next morning with some of the best, and most kind customer service I’ve experienced over the phone. They set the appointment for a few hours away. They then called back and moved me up and there was someone at my house within 45 min of making the appointment. They fixed my electrical issue quickly.
They were knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. I 100% recommend this company.

First, it’s important I mention the scheduler/dispatcher and serviceman were courteous, friendly and professional. There was absolutely no problem there. Plus, he showed up when he was scheduled. Great. Our problem: there’s a break somewhere along a 100’ underground power line to the pole barn. Probably due to a burrowing animal. But where was the break? I called for Bassett to simply come out, trace the 100’ line and tell me where to dig. We’re not talking major electrical work here but rather a 20-30 minute job, if that. Just trace it, point to the ground and say, “Dig there.” Their estimate: $499. Ouch. Now, I get that things are expensive. I do. But I declined and, of course, still had to pay the $69 service fee. So, I’ll buy a tracer for a one-time use and do it myself. Not a good way to start the day.

Blake was timely and efficient. We’re having issues with uneven heating in a few of our rooms; he knew how to look into the issues immediately and gave us solid options for resolution. One of Bassett’s best technicians!

Wonderful service. Everyone involved was knowledgeable and kind. Let me start by saying the obvious, nobody wants to have to get new equipment, and we would like our 1999 central air unit to last forever, but they just don't. Our A/C unit broke on us and unfortunately it was quite old. Bassett was able to have someone come take a look at it the next day and explained what had happened and what was needed. They offered to come the next day but we had a busy schedule so they came the day after. Everything was completed in a timely manner and, again, I just have to focus on the high level of quality customer service. I would definitely recommend this company and the wonderful technicians!

Jason and Michael replaced a Sump Pump with an alarm. Both were professional and courteous. When we had a power outage on a very rainy day, the alarm kicked on when the power came back on. Jason quickly reset it for me and showed me how to do it next time. I will definitely use Bassett's services in the future! Thank you for your help!

One thing we really appreciate about Bassett is that they are very quick to respond, succinct, and professional. They are courteous and you don’t feel like you are a nuisance for calling. Moreover, they do their best to give you a reasonable time window for their arrival. For example, a lot of other places will tell you ‘between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.’ I recognize it’s not always feasible to narrow it down, but when the client also works, it can be a burden. Basset is way more reasonable. They get big points for that.
As for our service tech, Tony, he is fantastic! He’s friendly and professional. He also explains everything and is very patient with questions. He is also very thoughtful about keeping the work site clean and tidy. An all-around great person!

We had Thomas come out when our hot water tank stopped working. He came out and noticed a lot of issues. (13+ years old) he replaced it that day. Came out for a service check and he check every plumbing issue in the house. Fixed our sink that had to be in a certain spot to stop. Fixed the valves for our outside spigot and stopped the squeaking. Notice water not flushing right in our older toilet and found that the water softener wasn’t working at all. Came out in two days we bought our own toilet and kitchen sink faucet and he installed the toilet, faucet, spigot, and water softener extremely quickly and efficiently while entertaining our three year olds every question . Great guy. Great company.

We received service to rectify an issue with a running toilet in our home, and my husband and I were really impressed with the service quality of the Bassett team. Their customer service was very prompt, polite and efficient! Their scheduling was smooth and convenient as well.
Our technician was David M., and he was terrific. He was really kind, patient and helpful. He was able to identify and correct the issue with our toilet fairly quickly, and was able to help with a basement drain issue - as well with a couple of other related questions. We would definitely recommend this team!

We had Bassett install our H/E furnace and AC about 2 years ago. Erick Wheeler was awesome when we were purchasing and explained what system would be best for our home. Since then the maintenance team has been incredible as well. We just had a service to our furnace for routine upkeep. Andre, our technician, went through everything he checked and showed photos along with readings letting us know everything was operating as it should. We are so happy we chose Bassett and would never use another company again.
