Very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we understood our systems, explaining age issues and things to look out for in the coming months. Learned about our air quality, how it could be improved and purchased a system to clean it up!

I felt the cost of the repair was too high. $368 for one hour repair.

On the coldest day of course my system fails. Called them at 9:00 am and the temperature remained a minus 27 all day. They came at 7:00 pm and we had heat 20 minutes later! I am and remain a happy customer!

Thomas was friendly and knowledgeable. He was easy to understand and gave details without to chit chat. I would highly recommend him.

Replaced old copper pipes, noticed that a pipe going into the wall was smashed and brought it to my attention while installing a new water softener. Lucas did an outstanding job with the tight space he had to work with. He took the time to explain everything in detail with the operation of the water softener and explained what the bypass valves went to and what they were for if future use would needed.

Each person we’ve met have been very patient, helpful and knowledgeable. Bought a brand new furnace and had to work out some kinks. They’ve been great.

Killian was great! He was very friendly and he talked me through what issues I was having with my furnace. He is definitely an asset to Bassett.

Had the tech come out my heat was not working after he looked at it he said it would be close to $3000 to repair and close to $6000 to replace. I felt like I was being taken advantage of because I was a female. I had a second person come out and they repaired it for $400 and said they would replace it for $2500. I am just sorry I had to pay him $98 for even looking at it. I would not recommend them at all.

He came out he with in a few hours of us calling saying we have a leak. He did a great job and was fast. We will use him again for sure.
