Josh Ray with Bassett Services was a great technician. He provided great feedback on my older systems with several different options ranging from repairs to total replacement. He was thorough and detailed when explaining issues and when troubleshooting the equipment. We will be seeking to replace our aging system with them due to the quality and value they provided during the visit.

We have our new unit installed as of the afternoon of 09/06/22. The installation went well with very issues. Rodney and his team were knowledgeable, easy to work with, and very professional. I want to thank Bassett Services for their services once again!

Basset’s new plumbing services saved us two days after Christmas with a house full of kids and toys everywhere when water started shooting down like a waterfall. When other companies told us they could have someone out in 4 days, Basset said they could come the same day! Thomas found and fixed the busted pipe and we had water back on in time for kids nightly bath. Thomas was very knowledgeable, courteous and gave us good options to update to help avoid future issues. We’ll be using Thomas for all our plumbing and bathroom work in the future. Thanks so much for saving our holiday Thomas!

Oh my goodness, we just love Alex and all of the people at Bassett. Our furnace is 19 yo and I'd assumed it may be near the end of its tenure, it is. It needs replaced, but the pix and the explanations that I was given on not only what is wrong with our system, but what my options were, was so very helpful and clear. We do business with Bassett because of Seth Jones and we are thrilled that Bassett has exceeded our expectations for our new HVAC provider. Fair, honest, reliable, knowledgeable, and pleasant.
