Bassett Services: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical

Warren was a joy to have in our home, he helped our elderly dog in and out of the house in addition to his job duties. Please thank Warren for us and we would like to thank you for having such pleasant, courteous and professional technicians.

Luke was very professional, knowledgeable. friendly, he explained/showed me what he was doing and seeing. He even answered all my questions! This was my first time using Bassett and I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

I contacted Bassett Services for my Plumbing leak repair and drain cleaning. They responded quickly and the technician arrived on time. He was very friendly and good at what he does, however, the quote was too pricy. I was asked over $500 for a seemingly moderate issue. I had to choose not to fix leaking facet and paid over $300 for only drain cleaning.

Lucas was great! Explained everything and let me know of options available to me that I was unaware of. Checked and cleaned the HVAC. Made my summer that much better with no worries!

Have a Geothermal system through another dealer/brand that has not ran correctly since installation. Several issues related to incorrect installation that dealer did and has been covering by rigging around. Dealer has not been entirely honest with us. Bassett was able to confirm my subspicions and logically explain what has been happening. Should had gone to Bassett to begin with. Good honest people!

Had outside faucet that was leaking and would not shut off properly. Service tech showed up promptly as scheduled and had the faucet removed and replaced in under 2 hours.

Also have them do my annual hvac cleaning and maintenance.

Always reliable and knowledgeable technicians.

I am very pleased with Lucas, our service tech. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and he wasn't pushing services or items that we didn't need.
He did find an unrelated issue, or sump pump had overheated, blew out the electrical socket in the crawl.
We hadn't noticed it prior.
All in all, we would recommend Lucas and Basset again.

Great Service, when our HVAC went out during the hottest part of summer with a pregnant wife. Everyone else was a month out. Basset got out to us within a week and installed a new central air unit. I will be doing business with them again. Prices were competitive as well.

Spencer was incredibly professional. He was polite and listened to what was going on with our heat. He thoroughly checked everything out and communicates well with us. Everyone that has ever come out to our home with Bassett has been very knowledgeable and professional. We love working with them!

I had this company come out and give me a quote to charge my lines. Their price point was higher than the competitions but I elected to go with them because of the level of service Patrick (their service rep) was able to deliver. He was diligent, patient, and made me a priority. This was my first experience with Bassett but if all of their reps are like Patrick they are a terrific company.
