Bassett Services: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical

This is our 2nd time using Bassett Services. Jeff, the technician delivered excellent customer service! Highly recommend!

Had an issue with my hot water heater this morning and was able to call Bassett Services for a same day repair and they showed up! Thomas Finnerty was very professional and knowledgeable of how to fix the problem. I will be using Thomas for all my HVAC and plumbing needs in the future. Thanks so much for your great service!

They hire the most adorable personalities. They are honest and straight to the point. They have not taken advantage of the situations.if you don't need a part they don't say you do. On the other hand if you need a part they will get part for you and schedule with your schedule to put on. Excellent company! Love all of them I have have done business with, even down to the girls, in the call center, and dispatchers! Customer is aware of all from start to finish. I Love, love them all!

We had an issue with our sump pump on Tuesday night. I called and within a few hours they came and fixed the issue. Lucas offered us options and explained everything thoroughly before helping us choose what we needed in the immediate timeframe and recommended what could be done at a later date. Before he left he made sure all of our water/plumbing needs and questions were answered. We are grateful for the speedy service and will certainly keep Bassett’s as a top choice going forward!

Technician was professional and completed the maintenance and repair efficiently. He was very polite and friendly. Could not have asked for better service. However, the cost of the repair was quite a bit higher than I expected (25% of the cost of the whole unit) so you may want to shop around for the best deal….but this wasn’t the technician’s fault.

Aaron was great. Very professional and honest. Knew exactly what he was talking about. Explained everything and answered every single one of my silly questions. He gave me options and information so that I could make the best possible decision at a big moment in my first time home owners life. I’ve used their services before and I’m happy I chose to go with them again! 10/10 for sure!

I’ve used Bassett before and was happy with the service. Today was no different. Tony did an excellent job finding the problem and providing a solution. Unfortunately our old furnace has seen better days but Tony was able to give us a quote on a new system and get the installation set up. Very happy with the service.

Luke was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to come within a few hours of our call regarding a leaking water heater. Luke explained everything well and replaced our water heater and expansion tank very efficiently. His expertise is much appreciated. Call Luke, he’s a great plumber!

Killian was excellent, very personal and informative. Appreciate his attention to detail and willingness to take the time to explain and educate.
