Bassett Services: Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, & Electrical

Lucas was very pleasant and took his time. The only thing was our service was at not the scheduled time. No one called us to inform us about him running late. Also my husband had to follow up about this.

Very informative, was excellent in the knowledge of the system. Brought to my attention a better air purifier which would help the whole house. I hope he will be the tech that returns when we request more attention for our system

CJ is a true asset to Bassett. He left us with confidence that he knows exactly what he is doing.
He explained every thing in detail. And he listens to us as a customer. Very impressive, great personality and we would definitely welcome him back any time.

To find someone who cares about their work like Patrick, is rare nowadays !! He is always on time, he is so very thorough. His positive, professionalism shines thorough the minute you meet him. Just knowing that he has worked on my equipment at my home makes me feel very secure. Really don’t want anyone else doing work on my homes equipment.

This company is a joke. Don’t ever use them for your HVAC needs. Also, if you’re considering working for them, don’t. They’ll never provide work for you so you’ll be more
like a part time employee. They’re extremely unprofessional. They’ll even go out to your house to do a job without even offering you a quote or they’ll have the absolute wrong equipment. I’ve also heard from several others that the new owners are what made this company downhill. I have a relative that worked for them and their equipment comes damaged and faulty parts. The turn over rate is so high because they fire all of their bosses hiring new ones thinking that’ll make the company “better”. Several members of my family have had work done by Basset and always have to call back because something goes wrong. All around unprofessional. Always get quotes from real small businesses because I’m sure this company will do anything for a check. Even replacing systems that work perfectly fine. They keep employees that have criminal records because they’re so desperate to have guys on the back burner in case work starts picking up. Just GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Working with this company is not a good experience and definitely do not call them if you have an emergency!!!. We called at 1pm--showed up after 9pm. The service tech made sure we would pay the $175 show up fee. He then quoted $867 to trouble shoot and complete the work---then dropped price to $647 and stated that it included the $175 for show up fee. We paid the fee requested--the tech was there no longer than 15 min--took some pics and left. Bottom Line--we were deceived out of $647-not one item of work completed and we had to call another company to assist us. I also called the company to request to speak with the owner/general manager to formally submit a complaint --no return calls of course. Save yourself a headache and move on!!!

Great job by Rodney and Daniel. They completed the job in half of the time that I expected. They cleaned up everything before they left. Rodney helped me set up the Wifi thermostat and explained how to change the filter. I am very pleased with the work. I would highly recommend Bassett.
Ray came out today for our first scheduled service appointment. He was very informative and seemed to be very thorough. Great job.

The service is always done with professional and courteous service technicians. We have been using this company for 10 years and have always been happy with the work they do. They are not the cheapest company out there but we feel like you get what you pay for.

My technician Aaron Smith was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to promptly diagnose my water heater and advise me on my best course of action.
Would definitely recommend Bassett if you're interested in good value and prompt response times when it comes to getting help on your home.
