After getting a hold of the correct people with Duke Energy and Bassett, our rebate was approved. Bassett contacted us to ensure our concerns were addressed. It took several phone calls and conversations to resolve the issues, however, they have made things right. Our issues have been resolved.

The installation was quick and efficient, and their installation tech was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The maintenance and repairs on our HVAC system have been completed in a timely manner.

We had our HVAC system replaced in Feb. 2022. We were told that Bassett would file the rebate with Duke Energy, however, after numerous calls for updates, Bassett finally admitted they were no longer filing rebates, even though it is part of their contract with Duke Energy, as they are a recommended contractor. We also had to have service come out three times to repair a leak in the brand new system.

CJ did a wonderful job. We received verification Eye Wave was working properly and all air test levels were good.

Service isn't as good since being sold. Didn't clean the outside unit like before. Was here less than 1/2 hour. Sat outside after appointment in his truck at least 1/2 hour or longer. Bring back the old Basset!

Wow! Talk about fast service. We contacted Bassett to come troubleshoot a clogged toilet. With it being the Thursday before Christmas and with an impending winter storm coming we weren’t hopeful that someone would be able to make it out until after Christmas. We were shocked when they dispatched a repair tech and within an hour and a half, the tech was on site. David was super professional and had our toilet fixed within a half hour. Bassett saved the day and will be our go to company for plumbing needs from here on out. We highly recommend them!

Tony D. with Bassett came out for a scheduled maintenance visit and determined that it was time to replace our furnace. This wasn't a surprise - Bassett's technicians had been letting us know at several previous semiannual maintenance visits that the furnace was nearing the end of its life expectancy. Tony showed images of the damage from this visit and how the issue had worsened since the last visit. We're very satisfied with the service we've received over the years and trust that we're being taken care of. The new furnace will be installed tomorrow. Thanks Bassett Services!
