Called about what I thought was water leaking from my furnace. Basset came the same day and the technician was able to determine quickly that the water was leaking from my hot water line. He helped me set up an appointment with a Basset plumber and helped me turn off the water heater and plumbing until the plumber could arrive.

After maintaining my system for a few years I had my system replaced. Bassett did a great job talking to me about my options and made it easy to schedule getting it installed. They installed a furnace and air compressor in one day easily. They do a great job keeping me informed and emailing documents as well as paper copies.

The service provided by the technician was a positive experience. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. He also explained what he was doing as he was tuning up my furnace.

I had a new hot tub hooked up to an existing breaker. It was insanely expensive. ($900!) Will not use again for electrical services.
