Our Trane furnace installed by Bassett in Nov. 2012 died in Dec. 2022. Lasted only 10 years. We had Bassett install a new one. American Standard this time, though Bassett says Trane & American Standard are the same company. We were cold and made the mistake of not shopping around first. We paid more than $10K for a new furnace (just the furnace) installation. 2,500 sq. ft. home w/ a basement. Researching other price points today shows we overpaid by $3-$4K. Not happy about this. We emptied our savings account to get heat back in our home quickly and I suspect we were robbed.

Alex came and did general maintenance on on our heat pump system and uncovered issues with it. We realized it was time to replace it. Alex went over all the replacement systems and answered all our questions helping us decide which one would to get.

Tony Danese of BASSETT Heating and Air did a FAB job of giving a realistic picture of how our 17 yr old unit was doing.

I use Bassett for heating and cooling and needed them for plumbing this time. They have always provided great service and been very accommodating with working around my work schedule.

Markale Banks was very prompt, professional and patient. He arrived on time and was very patient answering my questions. We decided to go ahead and install an air scrubber. He also cleaned and maintained our furnace in preparation for the summer air conditioning. I appreciate his attention to detail and how careful he was while performing his tasks.
