Very professional and reasonably priced. My furnace wasn't heating and the technician came out and took a look and it was not a major problem so instead of just taking a large amount of money to tell me to get a new filter, he offered several options about cleaning and servicing my unit which would be done during the same visit. This was so helpful because, although it cost more, I was able to get more info on my system and I know what happened and I'm in a better position with it going forward. As opposed to paying a service and weekend fee only to find out it was a dirty filter. He was knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure there were no other issues. I highly recommend Williams Comfort Air and will continue to use them for any other HVAC or plumbing needs.

Had a great presentation. Very friendly. Did not try to sell me anything I did not need or want. I really appreciate that. Your company is the present front runner. I have a couple questions for him, so I will be calling him in the future.

We discovered a gushing leak around dinner time, on the Geo to water heater water line. Called it in and tech called us directly to let us know he was on his way. Well…..now we had his number, so by sharing a video of the leak, we were able to save ourselves a late night. Tech had us turn water line valves off at the water heater. Leak stopped and tech came the next day and repaired the line.
