Zack Snyder with William's Comfort Air was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. He arrived on time, was very polite and worked quickly to diagnose and fix the issue with our heating system. I called William's Comfort Air because a power outage had left our home without heat after the power came back on. Within 2 hours Zack was on scene to fix the issue. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I am with the professionalism and true kindness Zack demonstrated on his visit. If you are in need of HVAC service, I urge you to contact William's Comfort Air and if you are able to, ask for Zack. You wont be disappointed. I urge the management of William's Comfort Air to specifically recognize the extremely good work and high level of customer service that Zack provided to our family!! Our home is nice and warm again thanks to Zack.

Explained in detail what service was covered under plan. Worked quietly. Showed me way to improve efficiency by purchasing EXACT filter size instead of “-approximate,” which was 1/2 inch smaller in all sides and allowed seepage of air without filtering.
