Williams Comfort Air - Heating Cooling Plumbing

Shortly after the left my a/c unit began making a strange noise and was not cooling properly. We had to have another technician come out and he quickly resolve the problem. When the first technician came out, they asked him if my account was due for renewal, he said no. When the second gentleman came out, inform me that my account for renewal. I was disappointed by the first technicians abilities and lack of knowledge. The second technician was much better. He resolve the problems.

The appointment was super easy to make, they even notified me of when it’s due and help set up the appointment and work around my schedule, also their technicians are very nice and knowledgeable and explain everything

Jordan has been out twice now to our residence for a heating maintenance and a cooling maintenance. He is very professional, timely, courteous and very knowledgeable when taking the time to answer our questions about anything he is doing. Very satisfied and will continue to do business with them.

Im a 40 year old woman going through menopause on the hottest days of the year mind you, with no AC because of these people and have been told 3 times they would be here on a certain day, then that day comes they arent here. Was told they would be here Friday of last week, they weren't. Was told they would be here Monday July 3rd, LOL we knew that was a lie and even told them that, but they said they would be here and of course they weren't and here it is Wednesday and still nothing we have called 3 times but WE had to make the call they didnt call us not even to say they wouldnt be here. Too top it off they was goin to charge us $600 dollars to clean our unit and blammed us for being the reason it needed it even though we changed our filters right, all for them to tell me that some tray is broke and needs replaced but that is covered under warranty they just failed to tell us that because it is covered its not a priority is my guess.

Ac repair. Spencer was super fast. He finished the repair in like 20 minutes. I was able to make it to church and my wife wasn’t mad it was hot anymore. Spencer made sure it was happy wife happily life.

They got back to us quickly to schedule an appointment. They were informative about the process. And The technician was very professional and helpful

Tech showed up early for maintenance appointment. Explained what he was checking and what he found. I had a new furnace filter that needed to be installed. Even though technician was there for air conditioning maintenance check, he changed my furnace filter without a second thought. I've used Williams Comfort Air for many years. Highly recommend them.

New dryer was under performing. Scheduled dryer duct cleaning and in the process, found out it was plugged and broken. They said they would repair and clean. It works fine now!

The AC system was not turning on.
Mike was very knowledgeable, he immediately diagnosed the problem, resolved the issue and serviced the unit!
He informed me of all the steps he took. Because of him and his good work, I signed up for their maintenance agreement too. Great job, Mike McVay!
