Wow, did I ever get a big bang for my buck!!!
My two man professional team showed up on time and didn't leave until every duct and vent was thoroughly cleaned. I saw the amazing before and after photos as they went. They went over their estimated time because I had a bigger job than even I anticipated but they cheerfully worked on until the job was completed to my satisfaction and theirs. These young fellows were so polite, careful and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail and answered every question. I was also very impressed with the way they appreciated and praised their own company because I have been a long time customer of Williams Comfort Air and I feel the same way. If you're seeing this, bosses, please give these guys a pat on the back and some extra words of congratulations for a job well done and expertly managed. Bryce and Zach...You are both awesome!!!

Extremely disappointing experience!

Highly recommend Bassett Services or Howald Heating and Cooling over Williams.

Estimates are significantly higher than other shops around town, and if they mess up on an estimate, you will pay the price - regardless of the reassurance of a "flat rate" cost for repair.

We were verbally quoted one price during the initial inspection, and then quoted another when we received our official estimate.

After looking at the estimate further, we noticed a duplicate line item for $335. When we asked about this item, they admitted it was a mistake and it shouldn't be apart of the quote, but then also mentioned they made another mistake by leaving out an item with a cost of $595. An item that the technician reassured us multiple times was included in the repair services we had already been quoted for.

After several back and forth conversations, we were assured that they would remove the $325 duplicate item and we would not be charged the additional $595.

The day of our service/repair, the technician shows up and completely changes course saying that we will in fact be charged the additional item. Knowing that it was 90 degrees out and we had been without AC for a week.

Long story short, their estimating and quoting process is not only significantly higher than other places around town, it's also a complete mess and nobody seems to know what is going on with the estimating.

The only pro to using them was they were able to get out sooner than other companies, which I'm sure is why they know they can drive up their pricing during the dead of summer.

We will not be using them again and good luck to those that do, especially when they know people are desperate to get their AC or Heater up and running.

Be aware!! Do not pay for the work if there’s any damage to your house as they will not return your call. Installation of water heater was perfectly fine except the installer scratched all of my stairs ways(11 steps damaged) when taking out the old water heater. I felt for the guy as it was heavy and he said his manager would call me to get it fixed. So I paid for the work in full as I trusted him and now I’m paying the price. It’s been over two weeks since the work and I had left two messages at the company and still no response. This is what I get for trusting the company. Please be better.

Donny Brown provided an excellent quote and pointed out some things about my older system that the previous business quoted missed. My installer crew composed of Will, Daniel, and Josh showed up and installed my new system in a timely and professional manner. They were very attentive to any questions and made sure I was satisfied with my service.

I had two companies come out, both couldn’t get my plumbing unclogged. These guys came out and were able to do it with ease! They checked out the crawl space and sent a camera down to ensure none of the pipes had collapsed. All of this was included in their “$93 or it’s free” service, which is a great deal! These guys will 100% be my first call should anything go wrong in the future. Additionally the company sends out a text with photos of the servicemen prior to their arrival including their name and a bio! I had Randy and Seth, both of which were excellent.

First of all, I just want to say that my technician Devon Rodriguez was just excellent. The young man knew how to do his business, was personable as well as professional, and really and truly went above and beyond the call of duty. Seemingly what needed to be a simple thermostat wire fix was anything but. The job required getting under the 177-year-old house with crawl spaces in two different spots, and both were tight squeezes. One crawl space entry even required quite a bit of digging to access enough room to squeeze in, and Devon was Johnny-on-the-spot with helping to dig. Even when traditional solutions to the problem were unavailable, Devon was thinking outside the box to get the situation taken care of. Furthermore and most appreciated of all, Devon was upfront with me about future problems that may arise with my system, but he also offered some creative solutions to help think about how to tackle those problems in the future. Oftentimes, repair technicians and repair services can seem so formal and stand-offish (there to get the job done, straighforward black and white service, etc.) that the repair process can sometimes seem a little tense. With Williams Comfort Air and Devon, it almost seemed like working and talking with friends or family, while also being professional and courteous. I really appreciated that service most of all.

Additionally, though, and most importantly, the air is back on in this heat wave, and I don't have to continue sleeping in the living room under the ceiling fans just to be well-rested for the next day. Indoor sleeping bag campouts lose their luster after about a day, so thank you for getting the job done and done well.

Jon was a very pleasant tech that was very informative and explained everything so I could understand. He listened to my concerns and past experiences. He went the extra mile to take care of me as I have been along time Williams Comfort Air customer.

Plumbing issue was resolved with an additional appointment to look to find the real problem as to why I keep getting clogged Plumbing.

I purchased a new A/C system from Williams Comfort Air in June 2020. I was very satisfied with the install and knowing Williams would stand behind their work as they pitched their 12 year transferable warranty during the sales call. The A/C stopped working May 2023, I called Williams, they said the unit had no warranty coverage and I was charged $400 to replace a $15 capacitor. I literally looked up the part cost on Amazon while he was doing the paperwork. I gave 2 stars because I called at 4:30pm and the problem was fixed by 7:30pm so an excellent response time at least.
