We are new to the Central AC units so we don't know much about them. He was really good at explaining things to us. After checking our issue it appears that the installation which was from another company was all messed up. I am going to call that contractor about fixing it but if for some reason they don't fix it I will definately have you all do it and even if they do I will call you all for the yearly maintenance for our unit.
