On time with service. Rick and Dillon. Down to earth technicians. Were easy to talk to. Kept me informed. Happy with their prompt service. Happy with Jarod, no high pressure sales technician. Great listener took time to understand what the issues were. Easy to get ahold of. Don't spend alot of time transferring me around. They get right to their customer.😊

They performed an Test & Balance on the 30th floor.
The Tech that came out did a great job and turned in all of his paper work.
They billed me and I paid the bill.
I was looking for the report and drawing of the duct work but never was sent to me.
There calming they sent it all to me and they can not locate. Saying there system crashed and they have no records of sending or not sending it but not wiling to work with me to make it right. So I'm out $4,030.00.

We love swift air mechanical. I called them today had a problem with our furnace they were there in less than an hour. We had had a power outage thought furnace was bad technician looked at it said it was the power company not our furnace. He also recommended not to use top of the line furnace filters said they were to good. Even though we had to pay for a service call well worth it

Just had the most wonderful experience with technician Jerry. As a single woman, it was nice to have someone explain things, answer questions without being condescending and give my son and I beneficial information to maintain the AC system in the future...definitely yearly tune-up! Will never do business with this company again. Wouldn't help us with our A.C. in this 90 degree heat, with an infant in the house. Wouldn't give us any information, even on how much an emergency surcharge would be. We are repeat customers as well. What an absolute joke.

Best place for your heating and air conditioning needs call they are ready to serve you.

It was expensive but they got the AC back up and running before he left.
