Extremely happy with the American Standard system that they offer. The service was excellent, as well as the communication throughout the entire process. Our Comfort Advisor, Matt, did the most thorough inspection of any company that came to quote me. The entire team is so professional, personable, and helpful. They left zero mess for us to clean up and protected all of our flooring as well as belongings. Highly recommend this small family owned company. You won't be disappointed!

Called for a general service call and they had a technician out to my house the same day. Communication was great with scheduling the appointment and letting me know when they were going to be there. Jake was the technician and he was awesome. Found some things that were recommended that I had done. Signed up for their service plan. Seems like a great company, and I chose them because of their positive reviews.

I called to have my A/C serviced due to condensation dripping into inside of unit and onto floor. I was told the fix was replace cracked pan inside of unit a 1500.00 repair but due to my system being 13 years old replacement would be best value. After paying a small 80.00 few for this I decided to get a second opinion and was told it just needed to be cleaned and serviced inside and out. I'll never recommend this company for anything other than not to use. It was worth me paying an emergency after hours fee of 150.00 to have a professional come to my home and work on versus try to selling new system.

Wonderful experience. Provided a quote to us that was very competitive. Allowed us a couple of days to review and make our decision without pressure.

Install was completed in a single day.

The only reason I am giving a 4 star instead of a 5 star is that it wasn’t until after installing, when speaking with one of the techs, did I realize that the unit uses 410A refrigerant, which is being phased out. While they do provide a 10 year parts and labor warranty, my concern is that after that period, if we have a leak or something occur, it will cost a fortune to recharge or fix. I wish that they were using the standard that has been recommended, to future proof the unit.

Overall, it was a great experience, hopefully, in 15-20 years, I’ll do a bit more due diligence and keep my fingers crossed that nothing happens beyond the initial 10 years.

Dennis moved my A/C from one side of the house to the other, and did an excellent job. He explained everything he was going to do and communicated very well to make sure we were on the same page with everything before getting started. He also cleaned up afterwards and showed me everything that was completed. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the communication as well!
