Everyone i spoke to in the office and Jacob in the field were profession and personable. I had a previous bad experiance with another company and i am so glad i chose Family heating and air. They have my buisness going forward. Really appreciate how jacob handled my service call

Tyler was able to come out same day I called Family Heating & Air. After determining our system needed a major repair and was near the end of its typical life expectancy, we ended up getting a quote and choosing a new system that would be better and more efficient for our house. They installed same day! We are very happy with the courteous and professional service from Tyler and others who assisted with the installation.

Edit: 11/30/20 I have to add on to my original review below. Today, these guys came out and replaced our furnace and cleaned up the mess that they original owner of this house made of our furnace. I really love and appreciate this company. I can’t recommend them enough.

We have used Family Heating and Air for years, and I figured it was about time to write them a review. They are fantastic. On time. Always friendly and polite. I know nothing about this stuff and they are always very patient and answer all my questions without making me feel dumb. They are very affordable. I am so thankful for this company. Especially on this very hot day!

Jacob serviced my AC units today, & though a newer employee w/ Family, he was extremely knowledgeable polite, friendly, & efficient. Besides that, it was nice to hear an employee so complimentary of his employer & so happy & proud to be a part of the Family team. I especially appreciated his explanation including pictures re: the rust on the electrical connection (sorry, can't remember part name) as well as his opinion on the severity of the situation, & what I might need to do or NOT do in the future!
