I cannot recommend Tyler and the Family Heating & Air Conditioning team enough. Tyler worked with us to find the best solution to our ac problem, and did it quickly to make sure that we had air to keep our infant cool. The team used top notch customer service and included detailed explanations. I highly recommend them, as they took the time to truly understand our needs!

Josh came out to provide us a second opinion on our full system. A competitor told us we needed thousands of dollars in repairs, a new system would be more cost effective. Josh listened to our experience and discussed all the issues the competitor listed. He reviewed everything himself and was honest in what he would do if it were his home. Josh shared that all his readings were in range and he didn't see the same repairs needed. The team at Family had Josh out the next day for this service and they also offered at no charge. We will be calling Family Heating & Air for future needs.

Super first experience with Jacob from Family Heating & A/C! I'm an engineer so I ask a LOT of questions and Jacob was so good at explaining what caused my problem in easy to understand terms. The latest technology equipment he was using was extremely interesting and gave me a high confidence that the repairs he made was going to be long lasting and I signed up for their maintenance plan to keep everything running at peak efficiency.

Unit that they installed 4 years ago quit cooling. I was able to get same day appointment during a week with 90 degrees every day. The tech called 45 minutes away. He diagnosed the problem and fixed, under warranty, within 15 minutes. Very nice young man. The owners are also very helpful.
