The company is very responsive. I received a text confirming the appointment, a text of who the technician was, a call from the technician and another text that he was on his way. He diagnosed the issue very quickly and got us scheduled the next day to discuss replacement options with another team member.

During the holidays when we had the cold snap and our heat pump coupled not keep up….I called for an emergency service call. Family heating was the only company that could come out within 12 hours. Most of the other companies were 2-4 days out.

Jacob was the service tech. Great guy! Kind, professional, patient. Great service and did not over charge for the special trip.

Christian gave a thorough maintenance check on our two stage American Standard furnace and I am happy to say after almost 5 years in, it is running well - the report card came back with straight As! Kudos to FH&AC for excellent service and stocking great products. Christian also gave good advice about duct cleaning services during his visit.

Christian from Family Heating and Air did a great job fixing my thermostat and showing me how to lock it so that it doesn’t happen again!😁 He also checked my furnace and air conditioner and fixed some wires that were touching and causing problems. I appreciate Christian for all the hard work and time spent getting everything done! That’s why he deserves 5 stars!!!

Our thermostat had disconnected from our furnace, so we called Family to figure out why. Tyler came out, quickly identified the issue (fried control panel), quickly fixed the issue, and now everything works great again. Tyler was very professional and answered all of our questions knowledgeably! We will be using Family for all of our Hvac needs in the future!

Family Air folk are extremely respectful and professional. They are also up front about what needs done. I felt that I bought and was not “sold to.” Thus far, the work is solid and clean.

This company responded quickly to our needs, did a maintainence check and determined that our present unit should be replaced. That was on Friday, and the new unit was installed on Monday. They gave us instructions on how to keep heat during the weekend, and it worked. The 3-man crew that installed the new furnace was delightful---very communicative, careful with the house, using drop cloths everywhere, and cleaned up after the job was completed. We are so pleased that we found Family Heating & Air, and are already recommending them to others. They were fast, explained the proposal carefully, and were true to their word. We also like the family feel and the relationships between the employees. What a delight to find a business that has workers who really like working with each other and for the company!

Trustworthy and honest company! Two very important traits, especially when they are going to be inside my home. That's why I have used them for over ten years. Just had them replace HVAC system. Matt B. came out to give us an estimate, on Thursday, and the install team was here Friday morning! No sales pressure from Matt, and the installers were kind and respectful, getting it all done in one day. Once finished, Dennis Klinefelter explained the new system and smart thermostat, answering any questions we had as well. Family is also filing all warranties and rebates for us, things I hate dealing with. Just can't say enough good things about Family Heating and Air. EXCELLENT company with an EXCELLENT "family" of workers!
