Jacob R. helped me out today; he diagnosed the problem and fixed it within about 30 minutes and was professional and kind the whole time.

I never felt like I was being taken for, despite being a younger, newer home owner. It was an easy fix, and afterwards Jacob was hopeful that my unit was going to last a good while longer after the fix.

All told, it took $312 to inspect the AC unit, replace the capacitor, and install it right then and there. It's a chunk of change, but far, far outweighs having to buy a new unit. Great service.

Great experience all around. We have been customers for years for a reason. During our twice a year maintenance and checkup, major issues were noticed and shared with transparency. Great catch before the cold weather. Our system was old, so we went with a full replacement. The install team arrived on time and was excellent to work with. Thank you!

Juan was very nice and professional. He even got along with my one year old golden retriever, who was a pest. I trusted that he was looking at everything. He took pictures. He took time to explain everything to me. I just felt like I could trust him.

Very satisfied with the work Jacob did on our furnace. He showed us the parts that were bad now or would soon fail.He explained the different cleaning and replacement options very clearly.He replaced all parts we discussed, mainly blower motor, and cleaned the very dirty coils.Price seemed very good for all the work done!Will definitely use again!This was in April.Today Jason did AC service, everything is running good.Very satisfied with this company.Jason was friendly and respectful of property.

Jacob came out to inspect my faulty AC unit. He was extremely polite, professional, and informative in regards to the questions I had. He even brought a portable AC unit to my house to help resolve some of the heat issues for my dog and I. Although my unit was unable to be repaired today because of various factors and I'm waiting to order the necessary replacements, I would recommend these guys, 100%. Thank you, Jacob!

Tyler did a really solid job on our AC unit. We had a previous owner who neglected their system and it resulted in all sorts of issues, namely an unaddressed problem that caused every bit of refrigerant to leak. A truly bizarre issue. Tyler went through a troubleshooting process, performed some maintenance and got it going again for us! Really grateful for this team!

Matt did a great job cleaning my 16 year old furnace that had a clogged drain. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and thorough. I will continue using Family Heating and Cooling. Installed complete new system March 2021, Dennis Joe Tyler and Clay were all great. They were efficient, informative, and cleaned up after themselves. I would give them 10 out of 10 rating for superior customer service! Update 6/30/2022. - Juan did a great job performing the maintenance on the AC unit. Was prompt courteous and answered all my questions. Overall a great experience.

Juan was on time, personable, polite, and thorough in examining our furnace and AC. We do need both replaced but already expected it because Matt was out last year and sold us on using Family. We will schedule the work now and request Juan for future maintenance on the new systems. Thank you
