Family Heating & Air Conditioning

The American Standard Dealer that installed my Furnace and Heat Pump and serviced it for 11 years called me to let me know that they were reducing their service area, and I now fell outside of their service area. I called Family Heating & Air Conditioning based on their recommendation. I called and inquired about becoming a maintenance customer, and they offered to send out a technician for a cleaning the next day. Christian came out within the window I was given and called 30 minutes before to let me know that he was on his way. He was very professional and friendly and provided me with a detailed summary and pictures of how the furnace looked and provided a few things that could be problematic in the future that we needed to keep an eye on. I told him that i wanted to take care of one of the items, and he told me that his office would follow up to schedule it. The office called me within an hour to schedule it. Overall, based on my interactions with them thus far, I am very satisfied with how friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient they appear to be.

Jacob and Christian were so thorough and efficient. I was very impressed with their knowledge. They very friendly and made me feel confident that they knew their job very well. This was my first appt with them and I'm happy I switched to them. They didn't disappoint. Will highly recommend. 😃

Jacob did an excellent job. He was very friendly and hard working and solved my heating problem. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family in the future.

Family heating and air has been very responsive and communicative whenever we’ve had any issues or questions. They’ve gone out of their way to make sure our system is working properly! We worked with Tyler today who was very informative and kind!

Hello Family heating and Air.
Just wanted to drop you a note to give credit to Tyler Kinnarney. Mr. Kinnarney came out to do a PM at our home on our newly installed heating and air last week. He listened to all of my question concerning the new system. He answered my question. He took apart and cleaned the outside condensing unit. And he gave me advice on how to add additional cold air return to our system. Thank for sending Tyler to our home to service our unit!!

Kudos to Matt and Jacob with Family Heating and Air for finding the water leak which damaged my furnace beyond repair. Jacob and Matt are knowledgeable, professional and took all time needed to find the leak, inspect my furnace and explaining repair and replace options.
