    Cleaning furnace. Service technician informed me of a couple things that aren’t totally in correct range and may be going out and may cause problems sooner than later. Always good to have the heads up ahead of time. Allowing home owner to be proactive. Did an effective and efficient job. Punctual, knowledgeable and courteous. I believe technician was the actual owner.

    Darnell has replaced and serviced both my heat pump and hot water heater. He's reliable, straight no-nonsense, clean, and provides the best bang for the buck! So glad to have him on my short list of trusted professionals!

    I scheduled a furnace inspection/tune-up before starting to use it for the season. Darnell and his partner (whose name I didn't catch) were friendly and knowledgeable.

    I had read negative reviews for *other* companies saying that their technicians didn't even inspect inside the furnace, just turned in on to see if it was blowing hot air. Happy to report that this was not the case with Comfort Pro. They did a thorough job and it was priced appropriately from what I have researched online.

    Comfort Pro is family owned and operated! When you call you get an actual person immediately. We have used them a number of times, they usually come the same day, and provide quality work. The guys are friendly, yet professional and know their stuff!

    I had my unit installed in 2020 all brand new right then from the jump I did not like the tech that came to my home Darnell he was rude and nasty and treated me like I was beneath him. I went ahead and allowed them to install because this is what the contractor I was dealing with wanted to use. Being a first time homebuyer I didn’t know what else to do. They put the wrong size filter in my unit I had to pry it out 🤦‍♀️ Fast forward the AC is not working in my two year old unit I call the number on the thermostat low and behold Darnell answers the phone once again super rude and nasty. This person should not be in customer service at all. He says the unit and parts are covered not the service call of course that warranty is up. If you are in the market for new HVAC call someone else or at least don’t deal with the person I had. I’m am just going to call another company I don’t want him in my home at all

    This company provides m me with texts to inform me of appointment times, the name of the technician and when he would arrive. Then another text when he was in route.
    The office staff is courteous and professional.

    The technicians were always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and provided information on what needed to be done and the cost to me, if any.I rate this company a solid 10. I have been doing business with this company on an Annual Check up plan for Heating and A/C since 2015 and highly recommend them. They're great folks.

    COMFORT PRO, actually installed my furnace 4 years ago, and I was very pleased with their work. My motor went out, and I gave them a call, they ordered the parts for the repair, and it took them no time at all to come by and repair my furnace.
