I was very pleased with the professional service I received today. Jacob was on-time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He answered all of my maintenance questions, and gave me helpful information. Family Heating & Air has reasonable prices, and I have always been impressed with their service. That is why I continue to use this company, and recommend them to my friends.

Jacob was very thorough in explaining what had happened and the repair to be completed. He was very pleasant and kind. He worked very hard to complete the repair. He explained that if there was a problem to contact the office and they would return to resolve it. Thank you very much for working with me as I am dealing with the death of a family member. Everyone I've worked with at this business has been wonderful, quick to answer the phone, easy to work with, and friendly. Tyler came out to take a look at my furnace and ducts to see why part of the house wasn't getting heat. He was quick and knowledgeable, found the issue and explained it to me within 10 minutes. He was able to get a specialist over same day to give me a quote, Matt was able to give me an in depth explanation of my options and go over prices too. Excellent customer service and both arrived right on time as well.

During the recent cold we ran into issues with our furnace not working properly. They made it out next day for a service call, the next day to quote for a new furnace and install was the following day. We are grateful for the quick turn around and for the professional service. I called Family Heating & Air Cooling because my furnace was not coming on or heating up to the temperature that I set on the thermostat. It was like 19 degrees outside, and my furnace would only heat up to 65 degrees inside. Juan came out and was on-time, very professional & thorough with his inspection. He made sure I was aware of the factors that can contribute to a malfunctioning furnace. I value that he spent time to educate and not just do a service. That's A+ rating. I am pleased with the service I received from Juan and I am happy that I have a professional team that will come out to do regular maintenance checkups on my furnace and AC throughout the year. Also, they are affordable.

Awesome service on the phone and in person. Had a great experience after calling a different company first. Felt way better about Family out of the gate. Never had to call for a heating repair in the 10 years I've lived here but I found them easy to trust and am now on their annual maintenance plan as well.
