I needed to replace a 20 yr old AC unit in my home. Family Heating and AC provided me with a fast and easy online quote. After a few changes to make sure it was apples-to-apples with a competitive quote I went with them.

Their price was about $1000 lower than the competitive bid. Their technician Joe came to my house for measurements within 48 hours of the bid and three days later the system was professionally installed.

The whole process, including 0% 18 month financing, was outstanding.

We had a great experience with Family HVAC! They've been servicing our heating and cooling units for two years now and just installed a new heater for us. Their installation team did a great job and was very informative - answering all of my questions. We also threw a curveball at that last minute and they went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied.
