We recommend Reliance to everyone. We have had George out a few times over the years and he is prompt, honest, knowledgeable and a complete professional. He just replaced our 30 year old system and he did a fantastic job. Recommend very highly! You are in good hands with George!

I definitely recommend Reliance Heating and Air Conditioning. George was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient in replacing our whole system in our townhome before it got too hot out. System works great and he even took time to demo how to program the thermostat. Would absolutely call them again for any heating or AC needs in the future.

Discovered that we were having AC issues early one morning; called Reliance (Mr. Perez) @ 9a, & he was out & completed the repairs before 4p. He was honest about the repair & was so professional - we are returning customers for Reliance & we’ll de using his services (and referring his business) for any of our HVAC needs.

We called Reliance after our AC stopped blowing cold air and within 24 hours of calling, George was out here and got our AC working again. He is professional, kept in touch with times and information, explained everything clearly including what was wrong and options to fix and replace.

We called to see if our furnace could be repaired one more time...George was ready and came right over to check it out. He diagnosed, unfortunately, that fixing was no longer an option, and showed us why. He had quotes prepared in minutes and sane recommendations - he knew what we needed, he found the part, and the next day we had a new furnace.

We've dealt with all kinds in this business, from oil to gas, from really bad service to really good service - he comes in as really good. Professional, timely, friendly, and totally completed the job including cleanup and instructions. I hope to not need a new furnace soon, but if I did, I would call here 1st.

George came out the same day when I called about a suspected issue with my central ac that was causing flickering lights. He thoroughly inspected everything and made me feel a lot better about the situation. Wonderful company!

When I came home I realized my heating system wasn't working so I went on Google map and found Reliance. I called and spoke with Geroge. George was very polite and knowledgeable. He fixed my heating system within hours. I would highly recommend Reliance for their services.

Reliance H&AC installed our new heating system and we went with the maintenance plan. George is polite, respectful and prompt. He has good communication regarding appointment and arrival times. George makes suggestions on what is needed but leaves the decision-making to the customer. Some places just do the work without necessarily telling you what's being done or giving you options. Their prices are competitive and very fair. I highly recommend Reliance Heating & Air Conditioning and plan on calling George for all of our HVAC needs in the future.

Called Reliance late on a Friday in the summer when AC went out and they were able to come out that day and fix it to get it working. George was also able to diagnose a larger problem with the system and quote and install a new AC system for a fair price. George was easy to communicate with and the system they installed works great.

I highly recommend George. Whatever you do, do not just allow anyone to fix, install or replace your heating/air conditioning unit. Originally I had an oil furnace and with the oil prices skyrocketing I wanted to change to an electric heating system. I called George, who was recommended to me and on the same day, he evaluated my system, was very knowledgeable of what I needed to do to change from oil to electric heating. May I add it is not any easy task. His work ethic is exceptional and his customer care is above and beyond. It should be noted he is bilingual in English and Spanish. I am a very happy customer and you will too.
