Infinite Mechanical LLC

Recently used Infinite to replace my home HVAC. They came out and gave me a free estimate, were on time, curtious, and very knowledgeable. The price was very good in my opinion, also included 3 years of free twice annually check ups and filters. Overall, great experience. I highly recommend!

Update 5/23/23: There were some slight issues but Infinite (Chris, Daniel and Matt) have been fantastic. I really appreciate all their hard work. On top of that they system they recommend came with the best warranty I have seen for any HVAC system. I have had no worries and this level of customer care is amazing. I highly recommend this company, they provide amazing care!

I had an issue with my a/c. I had another company come out to diagnose and was told I needed a new condenser circuit board which they didn’t have in stock and would have to come back. I called Infinite Mechanical for a second opinion. They were able to send a tech same day and he was able to diagnose & fix the problem quickly. No parts were needed. They saved me hundreds of dollars. They were honest, prompt, professional and cleaned up. I will be using them for all my hvac needs in the future.

I did not know HVAC companies does commercial refrigerator services. But Randy, the technician, came and was very honest about the problem we had with one of our commercial refrigerator. I did not know that our refrigerator was 20 years old, he checked the S/N and told me that replacing a compressor on an old refrigerator was not worth the cost. He insisted us buying a new unit. Although he could have made money by replacing our compressor, he was honest and gave us the best solution. I highly recommend a company honest like Infinite Mechanical LLC.

John Wlock just serviced my HVAC unit. He is a very skilled professional technician. I try to have Infinite Mechanical check my unit in the Fall and Summer to ensure that everything looks good and it is ready for the cold and hot weather of the Seasons. I always feel so much more assured after Jon checks the unit and let's me know all is well. He takes his time and if there are any concerns he lets me know. I’m in the trades and have seen lots of good and bad. This experience was phenomenal. Communication and pricing were spot on. The installers worked in tight quarters and kept everything clean. Reached out to Val from Infinite regarding a leaking water heater. Have worked with Val for years on other projects and have found him to be an outstanding professional who does reliable excellent work. Decided to go with a tankless water heater after getting the pros and cons from Val. He sent over his team, Gary Chan and his partner, the next day. Gary was prompt, thorough, and explained everything he was going to do, step by step. Job took several hours and the install went smoothly with any issues. Gary was courteous, did a fantastic install, and very professional. Highly recommend the folks from Infinite!
