EMCO Tech Heating & Cooling

I contacted EMCO Tech for tune-up/preventative maintenance for my 5 mini-splits. The person I spoke to on the phone, as well as the two service techs that arrived were extremely responsive, professional, and courteous. They were very flexible with scheduling, showed up on time, and performed the work expeditiously.

They honored the sale prices listed on the website, and there were no surprises or gimmicks either on the phone or upon completion. I had a deeper issue with one of my units, so they explained the issue to me, quoted the price to fix it, and proceeded with my approval. All is now well.

Overall, excellent value provided here. I would not hesitate to call on EMCO again, and would absolutely recommend them to others.

I've been using EMC for my properties since 2010. Bought a new home in Dresher several months ago and found out they have another office right near me. So I had them replace my ac and heater system. Job done in one day! No hustle and totally comfortable with their techs working in my house, Serge gave me 4 options for new HVAC to choose from along with detailed explanation. They gave me several days to make a decision without any pressure to buy the same day... Really great team. Thank you

Very responsive. Good service. hard workers. Reasonable costs for new HVAC system in Philly... maybe middle ground on costs. Will update as new HVAC system is broken in over the course of the year and annual service checks made but so far so good.

Everyone at EMCO Tech Heating and Cooling is like a family to me. Love working with technicians and office managers. Appreciate everything they do for the company. I will never work with any other HVAC contractor. This crew is really doing their best to please customers and enjoy working together as a team.

We called EMCO Tech for an Emergency Oil furnace repair the customer service is excellent. The receptionist was friendly and professional. They were able to send out a tech the same day (mind you it was a very cold day and we had no heat or hot water).

First tech that came out didn't really seem to know what they were doing, couldn't find the fault after an hour. But the backup senior tech (Serge) arrived and was able to troubleshoot and found the issue within 5 minutes. Turns out we needed a new Oil burner controller, he replaced it right away and was able to get our unit up and running in no time. At the same time suggested we get our oil furnace cleaned up (did a great job) as well as the clean up job afterwards, we didn't even need to vacuum the carpet ourselves.

Since he did a great job, we accepted 2 more maintenance job from them (Installing a new damper and oil filter unit). And again they sent out someone new, that eventually needed Serge to come out and finish the job properly. Mind you the interaction with Receptionist (Especially Helen) was always very pleasant and accommodating.

I would recommend them to friends/family for any sort of Heating/Cooling repairs and maintenance (As long as Serge is around at least).

Fantastic team! They are very good in heat pump equipment work. Backup oil heating unit does not turn on very often saving me money on oil deliveries. They call me every Fall with discounted oil tune-up offers to keep the backup heater operational. So I have always got a very positive response from them. They indeed believe in maintaining long-term relationships.

Both times I contacted for the hot water boiler to be serviced, the entire experience—from arranging to the maintenance visit—was very satisfactory. All I need to do is replace the air filter, and the AC they installed more than 7 years ago still works like new. Nobody ever even tried to upsell me on something I didn't need. Overall, the service has always been extremely excellent from their end.

Thank you emco for sending the same technician Alex who’s helping me every time. Air duct cleaning work is done perfectly. The oil heater tune-up work is always done on time in spring and fall. I wish your company to continue growing and doing your great work.

Full marks to them for their ductless mini split installation in my south Philly apartment.They are installed my new Fujitsu unit in one day. What else I can expect from them? My opinion– get their estimate before hiring anyone! They believe in maintaining long-term relationships with their clients by providing them with the best service at the most efficient cost.

A/C was out and he was the 3rd technician to come and complete the repairs! We can finally sleep 🛌 well tonight!! Thank You EMCO!! Great job 👏🏾
