ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL! I got my new HVAC system (heating and AC) installed by family HVAC this summer, and they have been amazing to me! They’re professional, gave me a good rate, provided good financing options, are very clean and on time, but most of all their customer service is the best! Brew, the technician that helped me, is always so friendly and explains everything going on. He installed my system and came back today to make sure the heating portion worked and was providing proper heating to my home. He checked the vent temps, the pilot light, and making sure everything went well with the initial install in July. I recommend family HVAC to anyone I meet having heating/AC problems. They won’t rob your wallet, they’ll be honest with what needs to be done, and their staff (especially Brew) are CRAFTSMEN in their field! Thank you guys so much for keeping my family comfortable throughout the seasons!

Not only are they knowledgeable, professional, and honest, but they went above and beyond to answer so many detailed questions to help me quickly make a great decision. I love the automation and tools they’ve built in, and the efficiency and organization this generated. I was thrilled from the first conversation, to the follow up post installation. About 2 weeks ago, we put the heater on for the first time and there was an clicking sound so I called a bunch of HVAC companies. I did not realize how expensive it could be just to dispatch a tech to come out to analyze the issue. I had from over $120 to $49. Family HVAC was the least expensive at $49 and they have 5 star ratings! I was so happy that Brew was the tech that came out because he is mentioned in all the wonderful reviews. I was not happy to hear that I needed a new heater. It was understandable since our heating and cooling systems were over 20 years old.

Brew gave me an estimate. I called 5 other HVAC companies and have them come out to provide an estimate. FYI, when they come out for an estimate for a new heating system they don’t charge a dispatch fee.

Brew gave me the best price for better quality than what others quoted me. He mentioned rebates that were available. He also credited the $49 dispatch fee. I am so happy that I went with Family HVAC because Brew from day one was so responsive with all my questions when I would email or text him. This morning he texted me that he was on his way. He and George worked hard and efficiently all day to get my heating and cooling systems installed. I highly recommend Family HVAC!

Family HVAC was very helpful when it came to diagnosing and fixing our heating issues. They are very professional and courteous. They take the time to explain the problem and their recommendations. The technicians are very knowledgeable and efficient. They do great work and I would definitely recommend them.

Brew came out the same day I called him and fixed the issue. Very happy with the service and work.

The Technician came out on time and did an outstandinging getting our boiler going. He had to replace a number of parts that he had with him. But, was able to get everything up and running within 2hrs of showing on a Saturday. Very grateful for the work and had reasonable pricing to repair the system. Thank you and highly recommend this family own business in the Elkins Park Area.

I have dealt with other companies in the past and my far they are the most professional and very reasonable with the price they have me for a new heating system. The are very nice and precise in everything they did. Josh Hartzell was the one who did the job. Very polite and does his job very well. I recommend this company to anyone

There is no other HVAC company I will ever call. Period. These guys know what they are doing and it shows! I have been using them for years now and just had them go to my mom's house the other day.
