Hertler Plumbing & HVAC was truly exceptional on all aspects of this major project of installing a new gas furnace and AC system. From beginning to end the Hertler crew were knowledgeable, professional, trustworthy, on time, clean, and respectful. Landis was extremely responsive, and the pricing was competitive without any additional costs. All in all, we were provided white glove service and I would highly recommend them!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Truly a terrible company. Poorly mismanaged by a young kid who clearly doesn’t know what he’s doing. A project he estimated at a couple days took almost an entire month because he didn’t show up when he said he would and ignored countless phone calls AFTER HE WAS PAID! Complete scam look at how he left things. He only returned calls once I called his ex who I know, I honestly think he would have just taken the money and run if I hadn’t.

I woke up one morning and my heater was blowing cool air out of the vents. The temperature in my house was quickly dropping, so I called Hertler to see if they could come fix it. They were able to quickly send someone over and fix the problem. Everything went smoothly and efficiently, and in the end I was charged a very reasonable price (which I verified with my father who worked in hvac for many years). I’ll certainly be using and recommending Hertler going forward.

Kevin and Landis were both extremely considerate and professional squeezing us into a busy single-digit day on Christmas Eve. They spent a lot of time on both getting us heat into our home as soon as possible, as well as fixing the larger problem that caused the outage in the first place. They gave us a detailed and easy-to-understand description of our problem once the work was complete and charged a very reasonable price for emergency services. I would highly recommend Hertler to help troubleshoot any heating needs.

Landis and Chris were great to work with! They fixed the problem I was having with my Nest installation, but also did it quickly (same day) so I wouldn't have to cancel my flight. I would recommend them 100%.

After calling a competitor several days in a row and getting no response, I called Hertler and Landis (owner) promptly answered my call. He came to look at my heater within an hour, and had a new heater installed that night. I appreciated his professional and personable demeanor, honesty, thorough explanations, answers to my questions, and meticulous clean-up. I will be using them for future HVAC and plumbing needs!

We used Hertler after thoroughly researching the internet and exploring all local HVAC options. We unfortunately experienced a very serious furnace issue on a late Sunday evening. Called Hertler at 7:45AM Monday morning. Landis picked up and was able to get out right away. Diagnosed the problem in an hour and presented multiple options for a solution. We ended up selecting an option that involved replacing our nearly 30 year old unit. He was able to secure the new oil-burning unit and deliver it the same day. The installation took place the next day. After a morning start, the old furnace was out and the new unit was in - and fired up around dinner time. Chris was out early the next day to finish the thermostat installation - he was speedy, friendly and helpful. Overall, I cannot say enough about Hertler HVAC LLC! They were prompt, courteous, up front, honest, discussed options and negotiated reasonable price options. Installation was quick and went according to the timeline originally proposed. All along the anxiety I had re this major purchase and the well-being of my family was kept to minimum by Landis and his team - especially as we headed into the wicked cold spell of the 2022 holiday season! One week later we are thoroughly enjoying our new efficient and much quieter unit. My faith has been restored in high quality local contractors!!! **Cannot recommend Hertler highly enough!!** When the heat stopped working at my house, a competitor tried to sell me an insanely marked up part replacement, and even recommended entire unit replacement! I wanted a second opinion and called Landis, who came over to take a look. He took the time to explain what was going on, and how the problem wasn't what I was originally told at all. It was a simple fix with a much cheaper part. If you, or anyone you know, have any HVAC maintenance or repair to get done (they also do plumbing!) call Hertler - support a local business and get honest service. Highly, highly recommended.

We hired Hertler Plumbing and HVAC to replace our HVAC system and water heater. Landis was a great person to work with and personally managed the project, addressing any questions or concerns along the way. The majority of the installation was performed by an excellent person named Chris. The work performed by Chris was meticulous, and, at the end of the project, we felt really confident that the installation was solid, truly professional work. We are happy we went with Hertler.
