Thank you Landis! Was on time, open to answering all my questions, professional, pricing was competitive and did a great job. There were a few places I called that never got back to me or gave me attitude because I was asking different questions over the phone. I will use Landis again in the future and would highly recommend him to anyone else looking for plumbing and HVAC for their homes. His truck is also awesome!

Landis is the most professional, capable, responsive plumber/hvac specialist I’ve ever met. He came immediately when we had a leak in the basement and did a thorough job diagnosing and dealing with the issue. He was extraordinarily patient, polite, and professional and explained everything so well, in such a courteous and capable manner, that I was extremely pleased with his service. He went above and beyond to fully handle the issue. He’s the only plumber and hvac specialist you should use!!

My spouse and I purchased a new home in June 2020 and since it was an older home (1915), it did not come with any cooling system (other than window units). We opted to go the ductless route and were so glad that Landis and his crew did the installation. They were professional, courteous, and were very responsive to our needs and questions. One year later the system is working quite well and has been a lifesaver during the 90+ degree heat waves.

My sewage ejector pump brook down. contacted Hertle (landis) for repair. i bought the pump to save money and asked him to install. the pump it came thru mail order was not correct. Landis went and bought the correct pump and came back and install it. he got the pump cheaper that the mail order. . did not charge me more time for extra trip and after he finished the place was cleaner than before. Really good people, honest and fair with the price.

Landis called me back immediately and asked for pictures of the issue. Then he called me back right after to review our options.I had reached out to others and no one got back to me until a day or two later. He came that night and fixed our hot water heater. There was no dirt, debris, or sign of water. I would recommend to friends and use again.

Landis and his crew are the best of the best! They are always professional, on time, and very hard working! Any time we need anything, Landis is extremely responsive to our calls and showing up in a timely manner, even with short notice! I would recommend him and his crew to anyone.

Landis Hertler and his team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I booked them for a big two-day project and they arrived on time and got the job done on time. Anytime I had a question, Landis or one of his team members explained things to me in a way I could understand. I would absolutely use them again in the future!

I never post reviews on Google but felt the need to recognize this business for their service. We had an issue with our basement and our service person told us it was simple enough to do it ourselves and even walked us through how to do it. I don't trust myself with handyman work - definitely not one of my strong suits so I had Hertler do it for us. While, unlike some places, they don't waive the visitation fee if there's work done, I felt like their honesty was worth the additional cost and something I won't hesitate to come back to.

It's kind of a long story but we had another plumbing company come a month before this and do some work that cost us almost $500. We thought we had a water leak somewhere (water bill $300) and they said the savings probably wouldn't show up on the next bill but the one following. We got our water bill just four days later and the bill was about $40, which is normal. I have a suspicion it was just a running toilet in the guest bathroom that we turned the water off to. Suffice to say, the $500 bill is not something we needed, obviously, but the other company pretty much scammed us into spending $500. Definitely not ideal.

So I'd happily pay for an honest company like Hertler. We called them back a few months later to then do our HVAC. They are now our go to plumbing and HVAC company.

I highly recommend Hertler - they were incredibly responsive and worked well into the night to replace a leaky hot water heater the same day we called. Landis and his team were courteous and professional, explained each step of the process and left the basement cleaner than they found it!

Our AC was not working and the previous person we used was no longer in business. Called a few local companies; Hertler was the only one to answer right away. They made it out on the same day to check the system. Great communications and very professional. The cost even came in under the estimate. Excellent all around experience and we will be using them again!
