Landis, Chris and Ben were wonderful to work with. Their combination of knowledge and pride in their work is remarkable. At the end of the the install Chris was patient, making sure all of my questions were answered. I feel fortunate to have found Hertler. I highly recommend them!

The service and hospitality at Hertler come few and far between. Landis and his team do exceptional work at competitive prices and I couldn't recommend them more. But even more so...they're extremely polite, helped us understand exactly what the issue is, and maintained constant communication throughout. This past summer we had to get a new HVAC system installed. Landis and the guys came on time and completed the work without any hassle or mess. And even came by the next day to make sure everything was working properly. Most recently we had to get a new water heater due to our old one being rusted out and leaking. Our water heater is located in a not so desirable space, behind our dryer and tucked away in a wall space the size of Harry Potter's staircase room. But without hesitation they were able to help and finished everything within a few hours.

Shoutout to Ben for the plumbing work and Chris on the HVAC side. I'd recommend Landis and Hertler Plumbing & HVAC 10x over. Give them a call!

Landis and his crew were extremely professional, worked with my schedule, and did great work even checking in weeks and months later to ensure the work was standing up and we had no complaints. He also recommended many options to work with our budget and get us something that would work while not breaking the bank.

Pleasant gentleman explained problem. Worked diligently to break the clog loose. Came on a Sunday and stayed until late to finish the job. Pleased with outcome. Website was easy to navigate and to schedule an appointment. Was the only plumber in the area who works 24 hours.

I highly recommend Hertler for servicing and repairing your HVAC system. I called Hertler on Monday after the first 90+ degree weekend this year because the central AC in the house into which we just moved was not cooling at all. I had called another company, but they brusquely informed me that they were so busy they could not come out for weeks.

Hertler, on the other hand, responded quickly, and set up an appointment for the next day. The tech, Mario, was very friendly and efficient. He examined.the system, clearly explained what he found was wrong, and quickly corrected the problem. In addition, the bill for the service call and repair was quite reasonable.

If you are looking for a responsive, reasonably priced HVAC repair service, definitely call Hertler first. You may even be lucky and have Mario as your technician!

I called Landis at 10AM Monday and his guys were at my house by mid-afternoon that same day, even though I made it clear it was not an emergency. His guys Mario and Chris were friendly, professional, neat and prompt. After diagnosing the problem and determining I needed a new mini-split unit, Landis gave me a fair quote and they were back the next day, 8am, as promised, to install it. The installation was done without issue. I was surprised by a call later than night from Landis saying he had been mis-quoted a price for the unit, and hence I had been misquoted as well, and the cost of the job was reduced by the full $1400 'over-estimate'. His first quote was already $2000 lower than one I got from another HVAC place, so the additional savings was a nice surprise. Landis followed up with one more call today to make sure the unit was working without issue and that I was happy with the job and his guys. My 5-star rating answers that question.

I would highly recommend. I called about an issue with our heating system, and Landis came out promptly the next morning and fixed it. After he fixed it he did some more research into the system and came back later in the day to make one more adjustment. I appreciated the thoroughness. I'll definitely hire Hertler Plumbing & HVAC again.

Landis was very responsive in my phone call. He sent Dan and Dan out within 2 hours to replace my hot water heater. Great family business. Would recommend them highly.
