Highly recommend this company! We had a plumbing emergency and they were able to get out to us within 10 minutes. The owner was very personable, had reasonable rates, and was able to diagnose our problem quickly. He also seemed really honest and did not try to complete any unnecessary work. Will definitely be using him again in the future.

Our experience with Hertler Plumbing & HVAC was hands down 5+ stars! We called Landis when we found out there was a pinhole in our pipe on a Friday afternoon. We turned the water off and called Landis right away. He arrived in 15 minutes and completed the repair. He was punctual, extremely friendly, reasonable and TIMELY! Landis, thanks again for your work, you are a true gem in the Ambler community!

I called Hertler at 4:45pm because my furnace wouldn't turn on. I explained that it was very cold in the house with no heat. Landis offered to come out that night to take a look at the problem. He was on time, very professional, and was able to fix the problem that night.

He even explained what he did and how to handle it myself if it happens again.

I had Hertler Plumbing & HVAC estimate a few different jobs as part of my kitchen remodel, both for plumbing and HVAC. Landis was friendly and helpful for all of them, even providing some recommendations for things in the kitchen I was doing or could do myself. I ended up using them for the microwave exhaust. The job went smoothly and was cleanly done inside the house and out. Would definitely consider them in the future.

Landis and his team have gone above and beyond to repair two major cast iron pipe failures in our house over the last year. Ryan, Chris, Joe, and Landis most recently came to the rescue when cracked plumbing was discovered during our kitchen renovation. They kept the project on schedule, and made sure that it will last another century. They worked day and night to fix this issue the right way, and offered advice on other projects. I cannot recommend them highly enough, particularly if you live in an old and difficult house.

They did a good job fixing our heater's pressure switch and came out the same day to complete the service, which I really appreciate.

Had an issue with our water heater, and Hertler got us very competitive pricing and had someone out within a few hours. Jon and Chris were very polite and explained everything they were doing.

I would highly recommend going to Landis Hertler! Our air and heat suddenly stopped working so we gave him a call and he was there the next day. He figured out the problem right away and was able to tell us what we needed fixed. Not only that he also was on the phone trying to see if we had any warranties to save us money before ordering the product we needed. His employees were very friendly and professional as was he. They were prompt and professional. Even though the space was limited, they worked around the issue and installed new water heater in couple of hours. Would use them for other HVAC or plumbing needs in future. Highly recomended.
