Moved into our house in Ambler about two years ago and have struggled finding a reliable outlet for HVAC and plumbing issues. Called Hertler after hearing positive reviews from a friend when our downstairs AC stopped working. Landis had someone come out within the hour to diagnose and fix the problem. They were extremely efficient and knowledgeable and explained exactly what the issue was and what they were going to do to fix it. The price for the visit and the repair was extremely fair. Landis also came back the next week to fix a plumbing issue when i called him the same day. He was also able to diagnose that our AC unit on the second floor needed to be replaced and got us a very fair quote and a date to come replace the unit within 2 weeks. They are extremely professional and i would highly recommend them to anyone having HVAC or plumbing problems. 10/10!

These guys are great! On the hottest day of the year my AC stopped working and they made sure I was taken care of. The repair technician was professional and knowledgeable. He was able to assess the problem and resolve the issue in one visit! He made sure the air conditioner was running smoothly before leaving.

Response time was almost unrealistically fast. As soon as they arrived, they assessed the problem and started working on fixing the issue. Very professional and knowledgeable. I called Hertler Plumbing & HVAC LLC on a Wednesday evening at 7:30pm. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner (Landis) answered my call. He took the time to listen to my concerns about my kitchen ceiling showing signs of water damage. He assured me that he would send a member of his team out the next day, and worked around my schedule. Ryan (team member) arrived promptly at 7:30am. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. Ryan even took the time to clean up and put everything back the way it was. A true professional. Landis was a life saver! Needed oil tank replaced ASAP for upcoming settlement on our home. He went over and above to get to our place, give us an estimate and get a team of guys out there to complete the job. I can't thank them enough. I would definitely recommend Hertler for my HVAC needs.
