Williams Comfort Air - Heating Cooling Plumbing

Routine AC tune up, two technicians a trainer and trainee. Serious issue with leaving condensation drain disconnected. Minor issue of replacing brand new filter and using my own filters without asking. Another minor issue with leaving hose attachments by AC unit and not returned with hose.

Cory arrived on time, explained the seasonal service he would perform, and completed the work promptly. He briefed us on the recommendations and was thorough and professional.

Mike was great! Very professional, explained everything, answered all our questions and was not pushy at all. He was very thorough on the repairs.

Greg came out twice to help us with the furnace. He came in the middle of the night last night when gas was leaking and identified the issue. He remained extremely professional and kept his cool when I was getting very upset with the situation.

He returned this morning with the parts and fixed the furnace. He worked efficiently and walked me through how he was addressing and fixing our systems.

A technician was at my home in about an hour and a half quicker than I expected. He was courteous professional and knowledgeable he tested my toilet and gave me options to consider. I will definitely be using this company in the future .

Williams Comfort air was called out for AC not working. Was told we need to replace entire AC/Heating system for $20,000 with no option for repair. I called in and spoke to an employee who later said it could be repaired for $4,000. Got a second opinion for another company and they said all we needed was a $500 condenser fan motor which we did and now works perfectly. I will never call or recommend Williams Comfort air to anyone.

Jonathan Roberts was very knowledgeable and professional! He was patient with our pets and cleared up our plumbing issue quickly!

Don came out to give us a quote on New Year’s Day after our furnace went out. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We made the phone call on New Year’s Eve and were shocked that someone could come out so quickly. After quoting, Don said someone could be out to install our new system in 2 days. We were very impressed and look forward to working with Williams Comfort Air!

Dustin, my technician Wes fantastic. He walked through everything he was doing. Explained in layman terms. He was very professional. Just like your TV commercials. Great company. Highly recommend.

Jim was very friendly and knowledgeable! He came out the same day I called which was impressive. Unfortunately, the quoted service was out of my budgeted price range.
