After horrible experiences with other companies Mr Plumber was called to fix a main drain clog. Jonathan arrived with a a great attitude wanting to save the day. To get the larger machine into our basement he even took apart the machine to fit through the tight hallway. He cleaned out both of the clean out ports and got the water flowing again! My son was geeked saying "I can flush the toilets again???" Jonathan seemed genuinely happy saving the week for us! He was friendly professional funny and enjoyed our involvement explaining what was going on. While he was out after hearing how we went days without water and missed appointments he called a supervisor (Jennifer) to run a camera. She was equally as awesome as Jonathan. They were out late and were intent on not leaving until the problem was solved and answers were found to prevent this from happening again. Jennifer was happy to have me watch the camera being ran down the drain explaining what we were seeing along the way.

My service man did a good job took plenty of time explaining what he was doing, and also repaired some banging water pipes in my crawlspace. I was very pleased with him.

The technician augered our clogged toilet. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and set us up with a membship for future jobs that we will need done. We are looking forward to working with them more in the future!

Got a new furnace and AC unit new thermostat keeps saying system. Oolong issues thermostat set to cool but in the last 4 hrs the temp has increased 3.7 degrees. I get this once a week they come out say it’s another technician issue set another date etc. for my size of home is showing a much bigger unit then what was installed. I have said this every phone call and yet they keep delaying it and sending out someone else who doesn’t know. I showed them electric bill that has almost tripled from last year same month. They have all these commercials and billboards but I feel they don’t care about what they have done since they have already been paid!

Micheal McCloskey was very professional and efficient. Nice young man with great manners and extremely knowledgeable. He did the maintenance on my furnace with ease and excellent communication of what he was doing. I believe Williams Comfort and Air did a great job when hiring this young man
