The whole team at WCA are great to work with. We had a new system installed, what I appreciated was our house was fully inspected and recommendations were provided. We ended up with some new duct work that was resolving rusted ducts, a new return on our 2nd floor and new units. Thank you!

Jonathan did an excellent and very thorough job of checking our drain for the water softener and the sump.

Shane was actually earlier then scheduled which always appreciative of that. He was quick and efficient and also went above and beyond to give me a quote of cleaning my ducts out.

Called to ask 2 questions about my geothermal unit that they installed and was told a technician had to come out to the house to answer any questions at a cost of $98. I don’t have problems with anything but just some general questions about the unit. I told the customer service rep my questions and she twice asked her manager if the only option was to send a tech and he said it was the only way. The manager knows nothing about the unit and is not willing at all to help unless I am paying by the minute for some info. This company is overpriced and does not have the customer service you want after install. Use someone else. I will never use them again on any project.

The team was very courteous and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend them.

Today I had the best experience with my service. The technician, Greg Smith, was simply amazing! He did such a great job of calling 30 minutes prior to arrival and arrived on time. He was really nice and was great at explaining all my options once he was finished with the furnace tune-up. He also booked my next appointment right before he left and confirmed everything. A company is only as good as it's customer service and Greg Smith did an absolutely wonderful job! I was very happy with my service today and look forward to the next.
