I had an appointment scheduled 2 pm to 4pm. TJ showed up at 1:55 pm. TJ was very professional and pleasant. He carefully explained each thing he did. I always look forward to seeing him. This technician is great. I enjoyed being his customer.

A really good experience from the original estimate to the finished work. Everyone every step of the way was capable, professional, helpful, and responsive. I could not have imagined the work, installation of central air conditioning, could have been completed so fast yet done so well.

New heat pump AC/ System. Old one finally was on its last leg. Had a few people come out, they was able to meet our needs for system and payments. Install team was great only took them about 5 hours from start to finish they was able to get it installed the next day.

We had a really good experience with this Service they came on time. They were able resolve part of the issue we were having with our plumbing and sewage. They're really friendly and very up front on pricing and cost. They cleaned up everything that was disturbed and did a great job overall.

I'd previously heard good things, but was disappointed with being "strong-armed" into accepting a higher bill than quoted. I don't mind paying for repair work, but it's best for a company long-term to let the customer know the work will be 3X what they were quoted rather than showing the bill and saying they can put things back the way they were (creating an unprofessional confrontation). The tech's trainer was in his ear most of the time as well, so at least 2 people at Williams endorsed this behavior.

Luckily, I have the choice to go elsewhere when I get my unit(s) replaced so I can avoid supporting these kinds of practices.

Chandler Huffman and his associate were our technicians and was very professional and covered all aspects of the service he performed on our furnace. He was able to check on and confirm a recall on our furnace. We scheduled Williams Comfort Air to perform the recall repair as well. Chandler covered a regular service agreement to keep our HVAC and plumbing systems in tip top shape. He never gave us a high pressure sales push, but let us pick the plan that worked best for us. Highly recommend Williams Comfort Air and specifically Chandler Huffman.

They were on time and the physical install was fine. “The office” was supposed to set me up with an account in the app to control the thermostat with my phone. They left the password but used the wrong email. I tried to register the device myself and I was unable to because my thermostat was already registered to another account. An account that was not my email address from the paperwork. The tech said he would have the office contact me to fix it and they have not a week later. This is not acceptable.

Edit: I grew tired of waiting for someone to contact me and I reached out. Overall the customer service has not impressed.

Our A/C quit working on an 80 degree plus day. They dispatched a technician, Eric, who repaired the unit in the dark using a flashlight. Highly recommend Williams Comfort Air! Eric was outstanding!

Everyone we have encountered has been extremely helpful! The service is above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable and very efficient! Jeff went above and beyond when he came to help me with choosing a new system and Chris was really helpful and explained all the things that were happening with our system! The gentleman that installed our system where polite and efficient and made sure all me question were answered.

Thought it was all shady, was told my circuit board was fried, then then unit came on. He looked at me and changed his answer to the coolant was out. Was quoted over $800 for coolant, national average is $200-$400. Service guy definitely was talking in circles a bit, if it wasn’t one thing, then it was the next thing. Paid the $98 for basically nothing and sent them on their way. The unit is not even 10 years old and it was installed by this company as well. It was all very suspect, I will look elsewhere whenever I have heating or AC issues. I will also leave reviews where I can about my experience with this company.
