Williams Comfort Air - Heating Cooling Plumbing

Sewer backed up into the house and needed repaired ASAP. After finding out the clean out pipe was disconnected from the main line, an excavation was needed to repair damaged pipes. Already a stressful situation, this could have been alot worse if not immediately fixed.
A few days later, Darvelle White and Sean Tyler showed up early and fixed the issue! They we’re very professional, friendly and careful not to damage my yard and surrounding landscape. I appreciate them repairing the pipes so quickly and with no damage to my yard.
After they finished, Brennan Fry and Scott Steepleton came back to clean the pipes and check the lines with a camera since they couldn’t do it before.
These 4 gentlemen took all the stress out of this situation and got my plumbing fixed very quickly. I can’t recommend this company and crew enough.

I was quoted $974 to do the work that it took another company 75 minutes to diagnose and completely fix (no parts were even necessary). I still had to pay them $150 just to come out to tell me that they would ridiculously overcharge me for the simple fix. Ugh! I will never call them again!

Cory was wonderful! He was prompt, very courteous and efficient in doing the maintenance of my AC system. I requested information on a yearly maintenance program which he provided and in doing so answered all of my questions. All of this was done with a big smile on his face and dust covers on his shoes!

We’ve used Williams exclusively for the past two years. Always responsive, completely professional. Last week we had both HVAC and plumbing issues. Cory and Mirza handled our HVAC. Christian handled plumbing. All three were timely, neat in appearance, and polite. The politeness is clearly top-down with this company. Long time since I’ve been this impressed with a company. And, Kudos to three named employees!

Michael Centers was very friendly and professional upon arriving. Let me look over his shoulder and answered questions of components I had while he was working. Super nice guy!

Our heating system was acting up and needed service. Called today and Williams Comfort Air sent Joe out. 45 minutes later we had heat and all is right in the universe.

Im pretty sure your technician, is the best, very friend, great guy, i would love him to all my calls from now on, hopefully i wont need it. Just an amazing person, he deserves a raise!!! There isnt enough adjectives , i could give this man. Great service

My home has a Honeywell ERV fresh air ventilator. Williams website shows that they sell these. When I called to schedule a repair appointment the lady on the phone seemed clueless, I told her multiple times what it was but she still scheduled it as a humidifier repair. The tech who came out was on time, professional and diagnosed the problem, but was a bit confused about what the ERV was. The ventilators cost about $1200 online. Williams quote for replacement was $3800...so $2600 labor for a max 1 hour swap. I won't be using Williams Comfort Air again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. He tested my A/C unit and found a faulty part, replaced it at no charge. I pay $27.00 for the monthly service plan. It gives me peace of mind that my HVAC unit and hot water heater are
working properly. Highly recommend to everyone!!
