We had an unknown underground water leak due to old copper outdated pipes, that was costing us excessive utility water and sewer charges. Jason and Robert leading Bedell's excavation team did excellent work! They were friendly, understanding, professional, and highly competent. I recommend you call Bedell when you are in need of a plumber! Ask for Robert or Jason to help!

Repaired leaking pipe under concrete slab in 55 year old building. David was courteous/on time/ very professional. Work was completed at bid price.

2 years ago I had them replace an outside faucet that comes under the kitchen sink. The valve has been leaking and I didn’t notice until now, the wood in the cabinet is damaged.
I called in the morning to check if they would check it out and fix this in case it was due to their faulty repair. They said someone would come check in the next 4 hours.
5 hours later I call again to learn:
A - they were not coming because this 4 hour “window” is something they don’t do. I missed work and they didn’t even have the decency to call back and let me know they made a mistake with scheduling.
B - the leaky valve is not their fault. It is a “maintenance” problem - apparently I have to tighten a nut behind the valve every time I open it close it. This is news to me.
C- they would come and check it for $105 - which was also news to me. Free estimates?
So. Even if it was not their fault, I would still need a plumber to come check it out and fix it and fix my cabinet floor. But with this attitude, I honestly don’t care nor recommend their services.

Had a very good experience with them. The were prompt, had available appointments within the week of calling them, called ahead. Frank was very informative, patient, and capable, he explained my options very well and was straight with me. He even used some creativity and fixed an issue I had with a leaking hose faucet by replacing the faucet handle with a new one (he had to use a torch to melt out the old plastic one!) instead of cutting open my dry wall and replacing the whole thing, not only was it faster, safer, and cleaner, but it was even cheaper! Frank also temporarily fixed a flooding issue in my yard for no charge. They were quite a bit cheaper than more well known companies in the area, but it wasn't dirt cheap. I will be going to these guys again and recommending them!

The people at Bedell were professional, friendly, responsive and a very reasonably priced option. I cannot recommend Bedell enough.

I had an emergency fix; Jay was quick to make sure a tech got out to my home and communicated with me so I knew when to expect the technician. Dale, the technician, was an absolute delight in that he quickly repaired what was broken and was a joy to talk with. Would definitely recommend.
