Matt Parsons with Good Guys is the best. He truly brings the company name to life. He came out on an hour notice on Xmas eve when my furnace was acting up and my house was 52 degrees and dropping. He got us working and saved our pipes and Xmas! I’ll never use another hvac guy as long as Matt is still in the business. He is the cream of the crop!

Had an absolutely amazing first time experience with Good Guys! Had my AC system replaced last year thru my home warranty company with a different HVAC contractor. My AC has had tons of issues since then. I called Good Guys and they got someone out to my house within an hour that night. They quickly determined I had a leak. Brandon showed me where the issue was and we able to repair it in a timely manner and double checked everything to make sure everything else was ok. I will definitely use Good Guys from now on for all my HVAC needs!

We've used this company several times since moving to a new house to fix a recently installed HVAC system (2-3 years old)... have been charged thousands and the system still doesn't work. They don't seem to be able to get to the root cause. They've also blamed my brand new thermostat and tried to charge me over $700 for a Honeywell thermostat that retails for less than $150. If you want to set your money on fire that will do more to heat your home than calling "the good guys" to work on your HVAC. I have no idea how they have 5 stars on reviews, seems dubious to me.

Travis Barger is the best. Couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Very knowledgeable, professional and outstanding attitude. Goes the extra mile with a genuine smile. I would recommend Travis and Tekhne to everyone. Very refreshing experience all around. Thank you very much 😊.

The inducer motor on our Bryant furnace went out and I came across Good Guys after doing a quick Google search. They were able to schedule us immediately and Matt provided excellent service. He taught me about the system and it was an extremely pleasant experience. I know who I’m going to turn to the next time we need maintenance or repairs on our HVAC system!

Aaron was a great technician. He was very informative about what had caused our problem of little heat, little air flow and taking 4 hours and 50 minutes to go from 67 - 72 degrees. He diagnosed the problem quickly and helped us resolve the problem.

Aaron was very knowledgeable about our furnace and attentive to our questions and inquiries. He took the time to explain the details to us in a manner we could easily understand. The location of our inline humidifier had caused our furnace filter to get clogged, which was restricting the airflow. He reset the limiter-switch and a new filter was installed, wow, what a difference. Problem solved. Thanks Aaron, great job!

The Good Guys are GREAT! I've used Good Guys a couple of times now for my business and once for my home. They've always been expedient, professional and with courtesy. I've never been disappointed when I've called Good Guys. I trust them with both my shop and my personal home with my family. These Good Guys are great!

Aaron and Josh with Good Guys were friendly and efficient. They replaced my 24-year-old furnace in less than three and a half hours. It has been running flawlessly and quietly since 3:15pm yesterday; that's 27 hours and 5 minutes (of course not constantly) 🙂 Aaron set up our deal the day before. I didn't notice how long, but he diagnosed the problem with my old furnace within thirty minutes. Since my furnace was old, I had to decide whether to repair it or replace it. He was forth coming and answered all my questions, even some I hadn't thought of. I chose "B." They cleaned up and were gone in 4 hours! I am well satisfied.

Mike was great to deal with and now his SIL Donnie is great to deal with. Thorough, prompt and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate our needs. Highly recommend!

Aaron was great at communicating prior to the appointment and explaining in detail what issues he saw and how to best maintain our HVAC system going forward. Highly recommend.
